现在双螺杆挤出机的机筒冷却一般都是采用在机筒内设置水道,依靠在水道内通入软化水对机筒进行冷却、降温,但是软化水的使用成本较高,并且仍会在水道内出现水垢的现象,一旦水道发生结垢,会造成机筒的温度失控,严重影响产品质量。

本实用新型的目的是设计一种使用方便、造价较低的双螺杆挤出机的机筒冷却装置。本实用新型的技术方案是,双螺杆挤出机的机筒冷却装置,它包括机筒,风机,控制器,其特征在于:在机筒外部设有冷却筒,在冷却筒上部设有出风口,冷却筒的下部设有进风道,进风道与风机的出风口连通,在机筒上安装有温度传感器,温度传感器与控制器通过导线电连接,控制器与风机通过导线电连接。本实用新型使用方便,成本较低,对机筒的温度控制效果较好。
