现在双螺杆挤出机的机筒冷却一般都是采用在机筒内设置水道，依靠在水道内通入软化水对机筒进行冷却、降温，但是软化水的使用成本较高，并且仍会在水道内出现水垢的现象，一旦水道发生结垢，会造成机筒的温度失控，严重影响产品质量。

本实用新型的目的是设计一种使用方便、造价较低的双螺杆挤出机的机筒冷却装置。本实用新型的技术方案是，双螺杆挤出机的机筒冷却装置，它包括机筒，风机，控制器，其特征在于：在机筒外部设有冷却筒，在冷却筒上部设有出风口，冷却筒的下部设有进风道，进风道与风机的出风口连通，在机筒上安装有温度传感器，温度传感器与控制器通过导线电连接，控制器与风机通过导线电连接。本实用新型使用方便，成本较低，对机筒的温度控制效果较好。
