Abstract

一种机电摆动双击锤,包括杆体,锤体,锤体为双弧形锤体:由一个竖向段以及上、下对称的两个弧形段组成,该弧形段的内圆弧的直径大于电缆的直径,杆体的左端固联在双弧形锤体的竖向段的中部。本新型既是用于人工除冰,也可与机械除冰装置配套使用。它将现有沿电力线缆切线方向的击打转变可对线缆圆周进行击打,增大了有效打击面,提高了除冰效率,缩短了除冰时间。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及除去架空电力线上覆冰的器具,特别是用于电缆除冰机械配套的锤体。
背景技术
现有的电缆除冰机械,常采用电动机为动力,电动机轴上安装一个击打锤,通过击打锤的振打作用去除电力线上的覆冰。
现有击打锤形状如榔头,击打时只能沿线缆切线方向进行敲击。击打接触面小,除冰效率低。
本发明人开发出“三相自动除冰装置”以及“单相自动除冰装置”(已提出专利申请),上述装置中,都是通过电动机械带动击打锤进行180°往返运动方式进行除冰。特提出本技术方案,即采用双臂弧形锤与上述装置配套使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种除冰效率高的机电摆动双击锤。
本新型的目的是这样实现的:一种机电摆动双击锤,包括杆体,锤体,锤体为双弧形锤体:由一个竖向段以及上、下对称的两个弧形段组成,该弧形段的内圆弧的直径大于电缆的直径,杆体的左端固联在双弧形锤体的竖向段的中部。
上述杆体的右端上还固联有另一形状相同的双弧形锤体。
上述杆体与其左、右端上的双弧形锤体为铸造整体件。
上述锤体的横截面为矩形。
与现有技术相比,本新型的有益效果是:
1、为电力线除冰专用设计:击打除冰是由现在沿切线方向击打转变为对线缆半圆周包围状进行击打,增大有效打击面,提高了除冰效率,缩短了除冰时间,工作人员因高空作业时间缩短,安全可靠性也得到提高。
2、适用面较广:若采用杆体上单个双弧形锤体方案,可用于人工除冰或机械式单侧除冰;若采用杆体上双弧形锤体方案,可用于180度往返机械式双端击打除冰装置。

具体实施方式
图1、图2中,本新型由杆体1和锤体组成,锤体为双弧形锤体2:由一个竖向段以及上、下对称的两个弧形段组成,该弧形段的内圆弧的直径大于电缆的直径,杆体1的左端(图2中)固联在双弧形锤体的竖向段的中部(参见图3)。
图2中杆体右端上有螺纹,以便于机械除冰装置连接为摆臂。在杆体1的右端上再固联另一形状相同的双弧形锤体(图中未示出),即在图2、图3中杆体的另一端上再固联一个形状完全相同的双弧形锤体,有利于电机在180度往返摆动中,象机器手一样,从输电线3的前、后、上、下、多方位打击覆冰,提高除冰效率。
杆体1与其左、右端上的双弧形锤体为铸造整体件。锤体的横截面为矩形。横截面最好为正方形。

1.一种机电摆动双击锤,包括,杆体(1),锤体,其特征是:所述锤体为双弧形锤体(2):由一个竖向段以及上、下对称的两个弧形段组成,该弧形段的内圆弧的直径大于电缆的直径,所述杆体(1)的左端固联在双弧形锤体的竖向段的中部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机电摆动双击锤,其特征是:所述杆体(1)的右端上还固联有另一形状相同的双弧形锤体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的机电摆动双击锤,其特征是:所述杆体(1)与其左、右端上的双弧形锤体为铸造整体件。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的机电摆动双击锤,其特征是:所述锤体的横截面为矩形。
