背景技术
笔，是人类的一大发明，是供书写或绘画用的工具。社会发展到今天，笔早已不是今昔可比的了，在科学技术高度发展的今天笔的种类及其功能更是纷繁复杂，其花样不断翻新，如钢笔、圆珠笔、中性笔、铅笔、粉笔等，其功能不一而足。
传统的铅笔芯以石墨为主要原料的铅笔，可供绘图和一般书写使用。一般用“H”表示硬质铅笔，“B”表示软质铅笔，“HB”表示软硬适中的铅笔，“F”表示硬度在HB和H之间的铅笔。
石墨铅芯原料主要以石墨和粘土；利用其滑腻性和可塑性，制成铅芯能划出黑色痕迹，牢固粘附在纸面上，并且能用橡皮擦掉。笔杆主要以木材制作。可供绘图和一般书写使用。而铅笔更是历年来，各种正规考试必备之一。但是，由于每支铅笔在使用到最后几厘米时，不方便再次使用。因为石墨为不可再生能源，因此，造成了一定的浪费，对人类来说，损失是不可估算的。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有铅笔的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种节能铅笔，它采用将短于笔杆的笔芯设置在笔杆的中心。
为了实现本实用新型的目的所采用的技术方案是：一种节能铅笔，其特征在于：它由笔芯、笔杆构成；所述的笔杆为圆柱状，内部设有圆柱状的笔芯。
本实用新型的有益效果是：它既能够用于各种书写，又能够节约一定的石墨，避免了浪费，且结构简单，使用方便，适用于使用铅笔书写或绘画的各类人群。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2所示的第一实施例中，一种节能铅笔，其特征在于：它由笔芯(1)、笔杆(2)构成；所述的笔杆(2)为圆柱状，内部设有圆柱状的笔芯(1)。
在图1、图2所示的第二实施例中，所述的笔芯(1)为圆柱状，其长度比笔杆(2)的长度稍短，并设置在笔杆(2)内部；也可以将笔芯(1)设置在笔杆(2)的两端，方便两端使用。
使用本实用新型时，只需将包裹在笔芯(1)外的笔杆(2)削掉一部分，即可进行书写；直到将笔杆(2)内的笔芯(1)使用完后，即可更换，使笔芯(1)得到了充分的使用，并节约了原材料。
