目前在螺杆钻具转子抛光的过程中，大多采用单凹槽结构的磨头，结构简单，生产效率过低，极大的降低了生产效益。

为解决现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种用于螺杆钻具转子抛光的磨头装置。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种用于螺杆钻具转子抛光的磨头装置，包括主砂带轮、从砂带轮、砂带、轴、支架、电机、螺母、张紧轮，电机固定于支架上，主砂带轮与电机连接，从砂带轮通过轴和螺母与支架连接，张紧轮在从砂带轮的一侧且与从砂带轮在同一水平线上，砂带置于主砂带轮、从砂带轮及张紧轮的凹槽内，主砂带轮和从砂带轮采用双凹槽结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，安全可靠，生产效率高，极大的提高了生产效益。

如图所示，一种用于螺杆钻具转子抛光的磨头装置，包括主砂带轮1、从砂带轮2、砂带3、轴4、支架5、电机6、螺母7、张紧轮8，电机6固定于支架5上，主砂带轮1与电机6连接，从砂带轮2通过轴4和螺母7与支架5连接，张紧轮8在从砂带轮2的一侧且与从砂带轮2在同一水平线上，砂带3置于主砂带轮1、从砂带轮2及张紧轮8的凹槽内，主砂带轮1和从砂带轮2采用双凹槽结构。

1.一种用于螺杆钻具转子抛光的磨头装置，包括主砂带轮、从砂带轮、砂带、轴、支架、电机、螺母、张紧轮，其特征在于电机固定于支架上，主砂带轮与电机连接，从砂带轮通过轴和螺母与支架连接，张紧轮在从砂带轮的一侧且与从砂带轮在同一水平线上，砂带置于主砂带轮、从砂带轮及张紧轮的凹槽内，主砂带轮和从砂带轮采用双凹槽结构。
