Abstract

[0005] 本实用新型是一种拉伸机，它包括卧板、脚凳、手凳和机架，卧板安装在机架的中部，脚凳和手凳分别安装在机架两端；所述的机架主要由纵向拉伸套管、前脚架、后脚架和纵向拉伸调节机构组成；所述的纵向拉伸套管由三段套管组成，第一套管的两端固接在前脚架、后脚架上，第二套管活动套置在第一套管内并可沿纵向相对第一套管伸缩，第三套管一端活动套置在第二套管内；所述的纵向拉伸调节机构安装在第一套管的中部，它包括拉手、圆形齿轮、长条齿轮，所述的拉手呈L形，圆形齿轮套置在L形拉手下端，长条齿轮安装在第二套管的侧壁，第二套管插入第一套管时，该长条齿轮与圆形齿轮啮合；所述的手凳主要由握把和摆杆组成；所述的摆杆由握把杆、弹性卡扣和连接杆组成；所述的连接杆为一个管件，在管壁上沿纵向开设多个定位孔，连接杆的一端铰接在第一套管的侧面并可围绕该铰接点摆动；所述的握把杆呈L形，其垂直段套接握把，其水平段与连接杆的另一端套接，在握把杆水平段管壁上开设一通孔，该握把杆水平段管壁上的通孔与连接杆管壁上的多个定位孔相对；所述的弹性卡扣呈U形状，在其一个自由端上设有向外的凸钮，弹性卡扣套置在握把杆水平段的中空内腔内且弹性卡扣上的凸钮从握把杆水平段管壁上的通孔和连接杆管壁上的多个定位孔中的一个通孔中穿出。

具体实施方式
[0014] 如图1、图2所示，本实用新型是一种拉伸机，它包括卧板1、脚凳2、手凳3、机架4、 弹力拉绳（图中未示)。
[0015] 所述的卧板1安装在机架4的中部，脚凳2和手凳3分别安装在机架4的两端，弹力拉绳的一端连接在脚凳2的固定管握把杆的两端。
[0016] 如图3、图4所示，所述的机架4主要由纵向拉伸套管41、前脚架42、后脚架43和纵向拉伸调节机构44组成。所述的纵向拉伸套管41由三段套管组成，第一套管411的两端固接在前脚架42、后脚架43上，第二套管412活动套置在第一套管411内并可沿纵向相对第一套管411伸缩，第三套管413 —端活动套置在第二套管412内，第三套管413上沿纵向开设有多个定位孔4131，该定位孔4131与第二套管412尾端的定位孔4121相应，通过穿入定位孔4121、4131的定位螺钉415定位，限定第三套管413相对第二套管412的伸出长度。
[0017] 所述的纵向拉伸调节机构44安装在第一套管411的中部，它包括拉手441、圆形齿轮442、长条齿轮443。所述的拉手441呈L形，圆形齿轮442套置在L形拉手441下端， 长条齿轮443安装在第二套管412的侧壁，第二套管412插入第一套管411时，该长条齿轮 443与圆形齿轮442啮合。所述的圆形齿轮442两端倒角。

[0019] 所述的手凳3主要由摆杆31和握把32组成。所述的摆杆31由握把杆311、弹性卡扣312和连接杆313组成。所述的连接杆313为一个管件，在管壁上沿纵向开设三个定位孔3131 (如图2所示)，连接杆313的一端铰接在第一套管411的侧面并可围绕该铰接点摆动；所述的握把杆311呈L形，其垂直段套接握把32，其水平段与连接杆313的另一端套接，在握把杆311水平段管壁上开设一通孔，该握把杆311水平段管壁上的通孔与连接杆 313管壁上的三个定位孔3131相对；所述的弹性卡扣312呈U形状，在其一个自由端上设有向外的凸钮3121，弹性卡扣312套置在握把杆311水平段的中空内腔内且弹性卡扣312 上的凸钮3121从握把杆311水平段管壁上的通孔和连接杆313管壁上的三个定位孔3131 中的一个通孔中穿出，而将握把杆311与连接杆313固定。
[0020] 本实用新型的工作原理：[0021] 使用者躺在卧板1上，将脚套在脚凳2固定管握把杆23和活动管握把杆25之间， 将胳肢窝夹在手凳3的两根握把32上，用手摆动拉手441，带动圆形齿轮442转动，从而带动与圆形齿轮442啮合的、固接在第二套管412上的长条齿轮443沿纵向相对第一套管411 向外伸长，使用者被纵向拉伸，从而达到拉伸人体颈椎的目的。此外，使用者通过按压弹性卡扣312上的凸钮3121就可实现长度的调节，调节十分方便。
