Abstract
本实用新型设计了一种光学支架,云台、固定在云台上的固定托盘、固定在固定托盘上的支撑部,以及固定在柱架顶部的样品托盘,所述固定托盘上设置有测量角度的量角器,在柱架的外表面安装有水平延伸的指针。使用时,根据需要拨动样品托盘,由于样品托盘与柱架是固定连接的,因此,样品托盘的旋转带动柱架同步做旋转运动,此时,柱架底部安装的指针同步做旋转运动,当样品托盘旋转到合适的角度而停止后,柱架底部的指针同时停止,这样,通过指针在指示刻度盘上旋转的角度就可以精确得到需要旋转的角度。这样,本实用新型光学支架可以检测不同角度下样品出射光的性能参数,转动灵活,调整方便。

背景技术
[0002] 目前测试发光器件都需要有精度较高的支架座,尤其是对于位置角度影响较大的发光器件,通常都要求具有光学支架进行固定测试。现有的支架基本上都是原有的常用结构,其转动不灵活,使用不方便,更重要的是不能精确测量旋转角度变化对于发光器件的影响。
实用新型内容
[0003] 本实用新型设计了一种精度高、调整方便、转动灵活,同时可以准确测量样品转动角度的光学支架。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种光学支架,包括云台、固定在云台上的固定托盘、固定在固定托盘上的支撑部,以及固定在柱架顶部的样品托盘,所述固定托盘上设置有测量角度的量角器,在柱架的外表面安装有水平延伸的指针。
[0005] 作为本实用新型的最佳实施例,所述柱架包括竖直延伸的柱杆以及固定柱杆到固定托盘的螺栓和螺杆。

[0015] 请参阅图1至图3所示,本实用新型光学支架包括由云台7、固定在云台7上的固定托盘6、固定在固定托盘6上且可在竖直方向伸缩的支撑部,以及固定在柱架顶部的样品托盘3,所述柱架包括固定在固定托盘6上的柱杆4以及固定柱杆4到固定托盘6上的螺栓 8和螺杆5。
[0016] 请特别参阅图2和图3所示,所述固定托盘6为圆盘结构,其上设置有测量角度的量角器9,在螺栓8的底部安装有指针。在所述样品托盘3上设置有固定样品的挡板1、2。
[0017] 在上述实施例中,所述指针安装在螺栓8上,如果指针安装在柱杆4上也是可以的。
[0018] 安装时,首先将固定托盘6固定安装在云台7上,接着,将样品托盘3固定安装在柱杆4上,然后,根据需要高度,调整柱杆4的高度,当高度合适后,用螺栓8和螺杆5将柱杆4固定到固定托盘6上。
[0019] 使用时,首先,将样品放置在样品托盘3上,然后根据需要拨动样品托盘3,由于样品托盘3与柱杆4是固定连接的,因此,样品托盘3的旋转带动柱杆4同步做旋转运动,此时,柱杆4底部安装的指针同步做旋转运动,当样品托盘旋转到合适的角度而停止后,柱杆 4底部的指针同时停止,这样,通过指针在量角器9上旋转的角度就可以精确得到需要旋转的角度。

1. 一种光学支架,其特征在于:包括云台(7)、固定在云台(7)上的固定托盘(6)、固定在固定托盘(6)上的柱架,以及固定在柱架顶部的样品托盘(3),所述固定托盘(6)上设置有测量角度的量角器(9),在柱架的外表面安装有水平延伸的指针。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种光学支架,其特征在于:所述柱架包括竖直延伸的柱杆(4) 以及固定柱杆(4)到固定托盘(6)的螺栓(8)和螺杆(5)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种光学支架,其特征在于:所述指针安装在柱杆(4)的外表面。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种光学支架,其特征在于:所述指针安装在螺栓(8)的外表面。
5.如权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的一种光学支架,其特征在于:所述样品托盘(3) 上设置有固定样品的挡板(1、2)。
