背景技术
羽毛的加工过程包括有羽毛的投料、提绒、除尘、吸梗,羽绒的洗涤、漂洗、脱水、烘毛、冷却及除杂,包装,洗涤程序是将羽绒放入加有洗涤剂的水中浸泡并搅拌、清洗;所述的漂洗程序是将经过洗涤的毛浆用清水反复清洗。目前采用的清洗设备过于简单，重量笨重。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种水洗、漂洗两用装置，结构设计合理，羽绒的清洗效果良好，可实现大批量羽绒连续清洗，羽绒的浪费明显减少。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
水洗、漂洗两用装置，包括有水洗桶、漂洗桶，所述水洗桶上设有进水口、出水口，水洗桶的下方设有排料口，排料口与漂洗桶之间连接有输送通道，排料口上设有转轴，转轴上安装有螺旋排料齿。
所述的漂洗桶中设有搅拌叶片。
本实用新型采用水洗桶、漂洗桶一体式结构，将两次工序合为一体，结构设计合理，羽绒的清洗效果良好，可实现大批量羽绒连续清洗，羽绒的浪费明显减少。

1.水洗、漂洗两用装置，包括有水洗桶、漂洗桶，其特征在于：所述水洗桶上设有进水口、出水口，水洗桶的下方设有排料口，排料口与漂洗桶之间连接有输送通道，排料口上设有转轴，转轴上安装有螺旋排料齿。
