一种电加热粗镉连续还原熔炼炉,包括炉体、炉座、电炉电源,其特征是炉体下部内腔中安装有与内腔形状相一致的物料篮,物料篮周边有孔、上宽下窄、上端口边接触炉体内壁,物料篮下部周围与炉体之间的空腔中安装有连接在相对炉体壁之间的传热管,传热管内腔中安装有电热元件,炉体内腔中安装有搅拌器。生产过程中可连续进料、出料和排渣,生产效率高,操作方便,能耗低。由于物料篮的过滤作用,可防止传热管上吸附废渣而损坏,故障率低,使用寿命长。

背景技术
现有的粗镉还原熔炼炉是由电加热、煤加热或煤气加热的铁坩埚炉,不能连续进料、排渣和连续放料,生产效率低,劳动强度大,能耗高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足之处,而提供一种生产效率高,操作方便,能耗低,故障率低的电加热粗镉连续还原熔炼炉。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:电加热粗镉连续还原熔炼炉包括炉体、炉座、电炉电源,炉体上部侧边有进料口、排烟口,下部侧边有排渣口,底部侧边有出料口,炉体下部安装在炉座内,其特征是炉体下部内腔中安装有与内腔形状相一致的物料篮,物料篮周边有孔、上宽下窄、上端口边接触炉体内壁,物料篮下部周围与炉体之间的空腔中安装有连接在相对的炉体壁之间的传热管,传热管内腔中安装有电热元件,炉体内腔中安装有搅拌器。
本实用新型由于采用以上设计,生产过程中可连续进料、出料和排渣,生产效率高,操作方便,能耗低。由于物料篮的过滤作用,可防止传热管上吸附废渣而损坏,故障率低,使用寿命长。

如图1所示,电加热粗镉连续还原熔炼炉包括长方体的炉体2、炉座1、电炉电源10,炉体2上部侧边有进料口6、排烟口9,下部侧边有排渣口7,底部侧边有出料口8,炉体2下部安装在炉座1内,炉体2下部内腔中安装有与内腔形状一致的长方体物料篮3,物料篮3周边有孔、上宽下窄、上端口边接触炉体2内壁,物料篮3下部周围与炉体2之间的空腔中安装有连接在相对炉体壁之间的传热管11,传热管11内腔中安装有电热元件4,通过炉顶在炉体2内腔中安装有搅拌器5。

1.一种电加热粗镉连续还原熔炼炉,包括炉体(2)、炉座(1)、电炉电源(10),炉体(2)上部侧边有进料口(6)、排烟口(9),下部侧边有排渣口(7),底部侧边有出料口(8),炉体(2)下部安装在炉座(1)内,其特征是炉体(2)下部内腔中安装有与内腔形状相一致的物料篮(3),物料篮(3)周边有孔、上宽下窄、上端口边接触炉体(2)内壁,物料篮(3)下部周围与炉体(2)之间的空腔中安装有连接在相对炉体壁之间的传热管(11),传热管(11)内腔中安装有电热元件(4),炉体(2)内腔中安装有搅拌器(5)。
