技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种翻转装置，特别是一种双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜生产用模头的翻转装置。
背景技术
在双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜生产中，模头是重要部件，在生产一段时间后，因模头内部积碳，导致薄膜厚度不好，偏差较大，需要拆卸清洗模头内部流道。而拆卸模头其中的一个重要步骤就是将原先朝下的模头唇口翻转朝上，为防止将模头唇口损伤和方便打开模头。以往的方法是采用吊环、葫芦经过几次的起吊才能将整个模头翻转过来，操作复杂，而且较不安全，经常会将模头唇口碰伤导致厚度偏差过大不能调整，只能更换模头，一只模头的价格近200万元，使得维护成本增大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜生产用模头翻转装置。本实用新型不仅操作简单方便，还可防止模头唇口碰伤，避免增大维护成本。
本实用新型的技术方案：双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜生产用模头翻转装置，其特征在于：包括龙门吊及设置在龙门吊两侧的侧板，侧板经吊带连接有翻转板，翻转板固定在模头的侧面。
前述的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜生产用模头翻转装置中，所述的翻转板包括板体，板体上部设有用于连接吊带的翻转孔，板体下部设有用于固定在模头侧面的两个固定孔。

前述的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜生产用模头翻转装置中，所述的吊带的两端通过吊环分别与翻转板、侧板连接。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型通过翻转板将龙门吊与模头连接，实现一次性将朝下的模头唇口翻转朝上从而进行拆卸模头，使得操作变得简单方便，还可防止模头唇口在翻转中碰伤，避免更换模头，降低了维护成本。本实用新型还具有实施结构简单的特点。

实施例。双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜生产用模头翻转装置，构成如图1所示，其特征在于：包括龙门吊1及设置在龙门吊1两侧的侧板2，侧板2经吊带6连接有翻转板4，翻转板4固定在模头5的侧面。
所述的龙门吊1(也称门式起重机)，它的金属结构像门形框架，承载主梁下安装两条支脚，可以直接在地面的轨道上行走，主梁两端可以具有外伸悬臂梁。
所述的翻转板4，构成如图1-2所示，包括板体7，板体7上部设有用于连接吊带6的翻转孔8，板体7下部设有用于固定在模头5侧面的两个固定孔9。
所述的翻转孔8和固定孔9上均设有孔套10；所述的吊带6的两端通过吊环3分别与翻转板4、侧板2连接。
本实用新型的安装及使用如下：将侧板装在龙门吊的梁两侧，侧板上安装一吊环，吊环内设置吊带，吊带另一端也设置一吊环，吊环与翻转孔上的孔套连接，再通过两个固定孔将翻转板固定到模头的两侧，然后通过龙门吊提供拉力，将模头唇口一次性翻转朝上，进行拆卸清洗模头内部流道。一次性将模头唇口翻转朝上，使得操作简单方便，还不会碰伤模头唇口，减少模头的更换次数，从而降低维护成本。

1.双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜生产用模头翻转装置，其特征在于：包括龙门吊(1)及设置在龙门吊(1)两侧的侧板(2)，侧板(2)经吊带(6)连接有翻转板(4)，翻转板(4)固定在模头(5)的侧面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜生产用模头翻转装置，其特征在于：所述的翻转板(4)包括板体(7)，板体(7)上部设有用于连接吊带(6)的翻转孔(8)，板体(7)下部设有用于固定在模头(5)侧面的两个固定孔(9)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜生产用模头翻转装置，其特征在于：所述的翻转孔(8)和固定孔(9)上均设有孔套(10)。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜生产用模头翻转装置，其特征在于：所述的吊带(6)的两端通过吊环(3)分别与翻转板(4)、侧板(2)连接。
