背景技术
现有技术提供的手表表链或首饰手镯上的制扣，一般都是通过比较复杂的结构实现其功能，在使用过程中比较笨重、使用不方便和不美观。

本实用新型提供一种使用方便、扣位不外露的手表表链或首饰手镯上的制扣。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型提供以下技术方案：
一种制扣，其包括：凸扣体1和凹扣体2，所述凸扣体1上设置有凸出部3，所述凹扣体2上设置有与所述凸出部3相互扣合的凹陷部4，所述凸出部3的凸面上设置有凹槽5，所述凹扣体2的凹陷部4内的壁上设置有内槽，所述内槽中装设有弹簧7和弹珠6，所述弹珠6连接在所述弹簧7的一端且位于所述弹簧7的外侧，所述弹珠6伸出所述内槽，所述弹珠6与所述凹槽5相互配合。
优选地，所述凹槽5位于所述凸出部3的顶端。
优选地，所述凸出部3包括设置在所述凸扣体1上的延伸端以及与所述延伸端连接的半球体。
通过实施以上技术方案，具有以下技术效果：本实用新型提供的制扣利用凹凸扣面上的凹凸结构和弹珠与凹槽的配合使扣面扣紧，使用方便、扣位不外露，美观大方。

为了更好的理解本实用新型的技术方案，下面结合附图详细描述本实用新型提供的实施例。
本实用新型实施例提供一种制扣，如图1、图2和图3所示，该制扣用于手表表链或首饰手镯上，其包括：凸扣体1和凹扣体2，所述凸扣体1上设置有凸出部3，所述凹扣体2上设置有与所述凸出部3相互扣合的凹陷部4，所述凸出部3的凸面上设置有凹槽5，所述凹扣体2的凹陷部4内的壁上设置有内槽，所述内槽中装设有弹簧7和弹珠6，所述弹珠6连接在所述弹簧7的一端且位于所述弹簧7的外侧，所述弹珠6伸出所述内槽，所述弹珠6与所述凹槽5相互卡扣配合，即弹珠6的位置刚好与凹槽5的位置对应，使扣合时，弹珠6能够被弹簧7顶在凹槽5中。卡扣的比较紧密。
优选的实施例中，所述凹槽5位于所述凸出部3的顶端。所述弹珠6也位于凹陷部4内的壁的中心位置。以刚好配合，其他的实施例中，也可以将凹槽5设置在凸出部3的其他位置，弹珠6也设置在凹陷部4内的与该凹槽5相对应的位置。
在上述实施例中，更为具体的，所述凸出部3包括设置在所述凸扣体1上的延伸端以及与所述延伸端连接的半球体。也可以将该凸出部3设置为其他形状，只要能够使凸扣体1与凹扣体2相互扣紧即可。
本实用新型实施例提供的制扣利用凹凸扣体面上的凹凸结构和弹珠与凹槽的配合使扣面扣紧，如图4所示，该制扣将表链或者手镯环8的分开的两端连接在一起，使用方便、扣位不外露，美观大方。

1.一种制扣，其特征在于，包括：凸扣体(1)和凹扣体(2)，所述凸扣体(1)上设置有凸出部(3)，所述凹扣体(2)上设置有与所述凸出部(3)相互扣合的凹陷部(4)，所述凸出部(3)的凸面上设置有凹槽(5)，所述凹扣体(2)的凹陷部(4)内的壁上设置有内槽，所述内槽中装设有弹簧(7)和弹珠(6)，所述弹珠(6)连接在所述弹簧(7)的一端且位于所述弹簧(7)的外侧，所述弹珠(6)伸出所述内槽，所述弹珠(6)与所述凹槽(5)相互配合。
2.如权利要求1所述制扣，其特征在于，所述凹槽(5)位于所述凸出部(3)的顶端。
3.如权利要求2所述制扣，其特征在于，所述凸出部(3)包括设置在所述凸扣体(1)上的延伸端以及与所述延伸端连接的半球体。
