技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种改进的电极装置,尤其涉及一种防泄露的电极装置。
背景技术
电极装置是连接真空炉外电源(带调压器)与真空炉内加热元件的中间媒介,使加热元件顺利对被处理工件进行加热。现有电极装置中压盖采用铜电极棒与通孔碳钢法兰气焊连接,如图1所示,气焊时,铜棒伸出法兰一段距离以便与炉外铜排连接。此装置的缺点在于:其一,在铜棒与通孔法兰气焊焊缝连接处,由于真空炉炉内温度随工作状况上下波动比较大,造成焊缝连接处开裂,进而使铜电极棒与通孔碳钢法兰连接处之间产生漏气现象,影响真空炉的正常使用,尤其是真空炉在正常工作状态下,由于炉内是高温真空状态,当大量外部空气进入真空炉体内,会造成对加热室和被处理工件的严重破坏;其二,采用铜棒作为导电介质,成本比较高。综合以上两点,可知很有必要进行一定的改进。
实用新型内容
针对以上缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进了压盖结构、可确保不锈钢电极棒与法兰连接处无漏气现象、有利于节约成本的防泄露的电极装置,以解决现有技术的诸多不足。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防泄露的电极装置,包括压盖体、密封槽、绝缘件,所述压盖体由不锈钢电极棒与盲孔法兰焊接组成,盲孔法兰中心位置处设有一电极盲孔并与插装不锈钢电极棒,该盲孔法兰上开设有若干盲螺纹孔;所述通孔法兰上开设一圈密封槽,不锈钢电极棒外侧设置绝缘件。
本实用新型所述的防泄露的电极装置的有益效果为:压盖采用不锈钢电极棒与盲孔法兰通过电焊连接,可避免因焊缝连接处受温度变化开裂而在不锈钢电极棒与法兰连接处产生漏气现象;此外,所采用的不锈钢电极棒代替铜电极棒,节省了成本。

具体实施方式
如图1-5所示,本实用新型所述的防泄露的电极装置,包括压盖体5、密封槽3、绝缘件6及连接组件,其中的压盖体5由法兰与电极棒组成,首先,传统的压盖一般采用电极铜棒2与通孔法兰1气焊连接,这样会因易开焊缝4处受温度变化开裂而在不锈钢电极棒与法兰连接处产生漏气现象;本电极装置改进了传统压盖结构,所述压盖体5由不锈钢电极棒8与盲孔法兰7焊接组成,盲孔法兰7中心位置处设有一电极盲孔10并与插装不锈钢电极棒8,该盲孔法兰7上开设有若干与电源(带调压器)电缆连接的盲螺纹孔9并通过螺栓使其安装;所述通孔法兰1上开设一圈密封槽3,不锈钢电极棒8外侧设置绝缘件6。组装时,压盖上开有与炉体法兰对应的螺栓孔,用螺栓和螺母、绝缘件使其与炉体法兰连接,伸入炉体内部的不锈钢棒,通过铜螺母与加热元件相连;电极装置与炉体间靠F-4绝缘件绝缘,使其与炉体不会导电。

1.一种防泄露的电极装置,包括压盖体、密封槽、绝缘件,其特征在于:所述压盖体由不锈钢电极棒与盲孔法兰焊接组成,盲孔法兰中心位置处设有一电极盲孔并与插装不锈钢电极棒,该盲孔法兰上开设有若干盲螺纹孔;所述通孔法兰上开设一圈密封槽,不锈钢电极棒外侧设置绝缘件。
