Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种LED支架灯配光罩，属于LED灯技术领域。传统的LED支架灯配光罩存在拆装困难的缺陷，本实用新型特点是罩体为半圆弧形薄板状柱体，罩体两侧边缘设置有向半圆弧形内腔凸出的内卡脚和外卡脚，外卡脚与罩体连为一体，外卡脚呈横置L形，具有两个卡脚板，其中一个卡脚板横向与配光罩罩体连接，另一个卡脚板弯向内卡脚一侧，外卡脚与内卡脚组合构成凹槽。本实用新型通过增设外卡脚起到支撑作用，使灯壳配光罩和壳座的配合拆装比较容易，同时也能增加安装牢固度。

技术领域
本实用新型属于LED灯技术领域，尤其与一种LED支架灯配光罩有关。
背景技术
LED灯是一种使用LED（发光二极管）为光源的灯具，其主要结构为灯壳内腔封装LED模组，灯壳一般包括铝型材制作的壳座和透光材料制作的配光罩。如图1所示，传统LED支架灯的灯壳横截面呈圆形，由圆弧形的壳座2和配光罩1对接封装，壳座2的对接面上设置两个外弯的支脚3，支脚3与对接面之间形成卡槽5，配光罩1两侧边缘分别设置内弯的卡脚4，卡脚4嵌卡于卡槽5中，配光罩的拆装采用手掌局部施压推送，会使配光罩局部外扩变形，同时又引起相邻区域的内缩现象，造成卡脚与卡槽摩擦力增大，导致拆装困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是要克服传统的LED支架灯配光罩拆装困难的缺陷，提供一种结构合理、拆装方便的LED支架灯配光罩。为此，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
LED支架灯配光罩，罩体为半圆弧形薄板状柱体，罩体两侧边缘设置有向半圆弧形内腔凸出的内卡脚，其特征是：所述的罩体内腔中还设置有与罩体连为一体的外卡脚，外卡脚与所述的内卡脚组合构成凹槽，内卡脚嵌卡于灯壳壳座的卡槽中，外卡脚压靠于壳座的支脚上，壳座的支脚卡入配光罩内卡脚和外卡脚组成的凹槽中。
作为对上述方案的补充和完善，本实用新型还包括以下附加技术特征：
所述的外卡脚呈横置L形，具有两个卡脚板，其中一个卡脚板横向与配光罩罩体连接，压靠于壳座的支脚上，另一个卡脚板弯向内卡脚一侧，配光罩和壳座配合安装后可以限制配光罩局部外扩变形。
拆装时，由于有外卡脚支撑，手掌局部施压推送也不会使配光罩局部外扩变形，配光罩与壳座之间配合顺畅，拆装也就相对比较容易。
使用本实用新型可以达到以下有益效果：通过增设外卡脚起到支撑作用，使灯壳配光罩和壳座的配合拆装比较容易，同时也能增加安装牢固度。

如图2所示，本实用新型配光罩1罩体为圆弧形薄板状柱体，罩体两侧边缘设置有向圆弧形内腔凸出的内卡脚4和外卡脚6，外卡脚6呈横置L形，具有两个卡脚板，其中一个卡脚板横向与配光罩罩体连为一体，压靠于壳座的支脚上，另一个卡脚板弯向内卡脚一侧，对配光罩局部外扩变形起到限制作用，外卡脚6与内卡脚4组合构成凹槽，内卡脚4嵌卡于灯壳壳座2的卡槽5中，外卡脚6压靠于壳座的支脚3上，壳座的支脚3卡入配光罩内卡脚和外卡脚组成的凹槽中。

1.LED支架灯配光罩，罩体为半圆弧形薄板状柱体，罩体两侧边缘设置有向半圆弧形内腔凸出的内卡脚（4），其特征在于：所述的罩体内腔中还设置有与罩体连为一体的外卡脚（6），外卡脚（6）与所述的内卡脚（4）组合构成凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED支架灯配光罩，其特征在于：所述的外卡脚（6）呈横置L形，具有两个卡脚板，其中一个卡脚板横向与配光罩罩体连接，另一个卡脚板弯向内卡脚一侧。
