Abstract
一种自润滑组合填料环，包括芯环，所述的芯环上开设有径向的润滑通孔；所述芯环的两侧还有分别设有复合环体，所述的复合环体包括由上自下一次叠加的盘根环、聚四氟乙烯填料环和柔性石墨填料环。本实用新型设有芯环且在芯环上开设润滑通孔，润滑油可通过润滑通孔流向阀杆，从而实现润滑，减少磨损，延长使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种填料环。
(二)背景技术
阀杆的密封一般都采用填料环来进行密封。现有的填料环还存在的缺点在于：指具有密封作用而无润滑作用，因此在使用过程中非常容易磨损，使用寿命短。
(三)发明内容
为了克服现有填料环的上述不足，本实用新型提供一种可实现自润滑的自润滑组合填料环。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：一种自润滑组合填料环，包括芯环，所述的芯环上开设有径向的润滑通孔；
所述芯环的两侧还有分别设有复合环体，所述的复合环体包括由上自下依次叠加的盘根环、聚四氟乙烯填料环和柔性石墨填料环。
进一步，所述芯环的内侧面和外侧面上设有围绕所述润滑通孔两端的凹陷。
本实用新型在使用时，与现有的填料环一样，只需将其套在阀杆上即可。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：设有芯环且在芯环上开设润滑通孔，润滑油可通过润滑通孔流向阀杆，从而实现润滑，减少磨损，延长使用寿命。

参照图1，一种自润滑组合填料环，包括芯环1，所述的芯环1上开设有径向的润滑通孔2；
所述芯环1的两侧还有分别设有复合环体，所述的复合环体包括由上自下依次叠加的盘根环3、聚四氟乙烯填料环4和柔性石墨填料环5。
本实施例中，所述芯环1的内侧面和外侧面上设有围绕所述润滑通孔2两端的凹陷。凹陷可作为储油腔使用，防止润滑油的浪费。
本实用新型在使用时，与现有的填料环一样，只需将其套在阀杆上即可。
本实用新型设有芯环1且在芯环1上开设润滑通孔2，润滑油可通过润滑通孔2流向阀杆，从而实现润滑，减少磨损，延长使用寿命。

1.一种自润滑组合填料环，其特征在于：包括芯环，所述的芯环上开设有径向的润滑通孔；
所述芯环的两侧还有分别设有复合环体，所述的复合环体包括由上自下依次叠加的盘根环、聚四氟乙烯填料环和柔性石墨填料环。
2.如权利要求1所述的自润滑组合填料环，其特征在于：所述芯环的内侧面和外侧面上设有围绕所述润滑通孔两端的凹陷。
