[0002] 如图1所示,为现有水暖采暖管上使用的排气阀,其包括上阀盖1’、下阀盖2’、橡胶密封垫3’、浮子4’、导向套5’和防尘盖6’,上阀盖1’和下阀盖2’通过螺栓连接在一起, 密封垫3’安装于上阀盖1’与下阀盖2’之间,浮子4’安装于上阀盖1’与下阀盖2’的内腔中,浮子4’为圆柱盖形,浮子4’的上、下端分别设有导向柱41’和42’,上阀盖1’顶部设有通孔,导向套5’为空心倒置T形圆杆,导向套5’的上端向上穿过通孔与防尘盖6’螺接固定,导向套5’的下端卡于上阀盖1’的内腔顶部,导向套5’的下端与上阀盖1’之间设有密封垫,防尘盖6’上设有一个排气孔,导向柱41’位于导向套5’的下方,下阀盖2’底面设有若干个小孔,导向柱42’穿过其中一个小孔,下阀盖2’的下端设有与水暖采暖管连接的螺纹管21’,现有的这种排气阀存在以下缺点:

[0004] (2)螺纹管21’由薄壁钢管制成,螺纹质量差,经常出现安装时扭坏、损坏和锈断现象;
[0005] (3)导向柱42’位于导向套5’下方,浮子4’上下运动时,容易使导向柱42’的中心偏离导向套5’的中心,有可能出现导向柱42’偏离导向套5’的内腔,从而不能实现密封作用,使得工作不顺畅。

[0006] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种快速排气阀,其使用寿命长且工作顺畅。
[0007] 为了实现上述方案,本实用新型的技术解决方案为:一种快速排气阀,包括上、下阀盖、密封垫、浮子和导向套,所述上、下阀盖之间通过螺栓连接,所述密封垫安装于上、下阀盖之间,所述浮子安装于上、下阀盖的内腔中,所述上阀盖的顶部设有通孔,其中还包括黄铜材料制成的连接头和六角螺母,所述导向套由圆杆和位于圆杆外表面下部的第一卡板构成,位于所述第一卡板上面的圆杆的外表面设有螺纹,所述圆杆的内腔设有上半部小下半部大的阶梯孔,所述阶梯孔内安装有密封座,所述圆杆的上端穿过上阀盖的通孔后与螺母螺接,所述第一卡板抵在上阀盖的内腔顶部,所述连接头由上、下螺纹管和位于上、下螺纹管外表面之间的第二卡板一体构成,所述上螺纹管的管径小于下螺纹管的管径,所述下阀盖的底部设有通孔,所述上螺纹管的上端穿过下阀盖的通孔后与六角螺母螺接,所述第二卡板抵在下阀盖的底面,所述浮子为空腔球体,所述浮子的上端设有导向柱,所述导向柱的上端位于所述阶梯孔内腔,所述浮子和导向柱为不锈钢材料制成,所述导向柱的顶部为 60°的圆锥。

[0012] 采用上述方案后,本实用新型快速排气阀将浮子设计为不锈钢材料的球体、浮子上端一体加工一个导向柱,这样可以避免浮子或导向柱在使用一段时间后破裂的问题,相应延长了排气阀的使用寿命,浮子设计为球体是为了增加浮力,只在浮子上端设置导向柱且导向柱位于导向套的内孔,这样可以保证浮子在上下运动时,导向柱不会偏离导向套轴心,使导向柱能与孔内的密封座准确密封,保证排气阀的工作顺畅,连接头设置为黄铜材料制成,这样也可以保证排气阀的使用寿命及工作顺畅。

具体实施方式
[0017] 如图2所示,本实用新型快速排气阀包括上阀盖1、下阀盖2、丁腈胶密封垫3、浮子 4、导向套5、黄铜材料制成的连接头6、六角螺母8和L形管状引导帽9,上阀盖1和下阀盖 2之间通过螺栓连接,上阀盖1的顶部加工有通孔,密封垫3安装于上阀盖1和下阀盖2之间,浮子4安装于上阀盖1和下阀盖2的内腔中,浮子4为空腔球体,浮子4的上端加工导向柱41,浮子4和导向柱41由不锈钢材料制成,导向柱41的顶部为60°的圆锥。
[0018] 如图3所示,导向套5由圆杆51和位于圆杆51外表面下部的六边形第一卡板52 一体构成,位于第一卡板52上面的圆杆51外表面设有螺纹,圆杆51的内腔设有上半部小下半部大的阶梯孔511,阶梯孔511内安装有密封座,导向柱41的上端位于阶梯孔511的内腔,这样使浮子4在上、下运动时导向柱41始终位于阶梯孔511内腔,保证导向柱41准确与阶梯孔511里的丁腈橡胶密封座密封插接,使该排气阀工作顺畅,圆杆51的上端穿过上阀盖1的通孔后与螺母7螺接,第一卡板52抵在上阀盖1的内腔顶部,引导帽9的一端安装于圆杆51的上端,引导帽9的另一端外表面设有若干环形连接凹槽91。这些环形凹槽 91便于连接引导管,使热蒸汽通过引导管排至下水处,防止热汽热水伤人。圆杆51与第一卡板52上表面之间加工有环形槽512,环形槽512内安装有0型密封圈10,其可以保证该排气阀的密封性。
[0019] 如图4所示,连接头6由上螺纹管61、下螺纹管62和位于上螺纹管61、下螺纹管 62外表面之间的第二卡板63 —体构成,上螺纹管61的管径小于下螺纹管62的管径,上螺纹管61与第二卡板63的上表面之间加工有环形凹槽612,环形凹槽612内安装有0型密封圈20,保证排气阀的密封性,下阀盖2的底部加工有通孔,上螺纹管61的上端穿过下阀盖2的通孔后与六角螺母8螺接,第二卡板62和0型密封圈20均抵在下阀盖2的底面,上螺纹管61的内腔壁上部设有两个贯通上螺纹管61上端面的开口槽611,两个开口槽611以上螺纹管61的轴心线对称分布,这样设置可以使浮子4在采暖期过后不会出现与上螺纹管 61上表面粘连的现象,因为当采暖期过后,采暖水管及排气阀内没有水和气体介质,这时采暖水管的管道内容易有脏东西或锈生成粘在浮子与上螺纹管61之间,当开始供暖时,现有的浮子4完全靠上螺纹管61内腔的水或气顶着浮子4向上运动,出现浮子4与连接头6粘连情况,动作很不灵敏,而本实用新型在上螺纹管61上表面设置两个开口槽611,当采暖水管开始工作,内腔的水和气从开口槽611进入上阀盖1与下阀盖2的内腔,将浮子4很快浮起来,动作灵敏。
[0020] 使用时,当采暖水管的管道内空气聚集密度变大时,管道内水位下降,浮子4依靠自身重力向下运动,使导向柱41脱离阶梯孔511里的丁腈橡胶密封座,管道内的空气从导向套5的阶梯孔511排出阀体经引导帽9引入下水处,当采暖水管内的空气排完后,管道内水位开始上升,将浮子4向上浮起,浮子4上的导向柱41向上运动将顶部的圆锥插入堵住丁腈橡胶密封座,这样使排气阀与外界密封隔离。
[0021] 本实用新型快速排气阀将浮子4设计为不锈钢材料的球体、在浮子4上端加工不锈钢材料制成的导向柱41,这样可以避免浮子4或导向柱41在使用一段时间后破裂的问题,使排气阀的使用寿命延长,将浮子设计为球体是为了增大浮力,在浮子4上端加工导向柱41且导向柱41位于导向套5的阶梯孔511内腔,这样可以保证浮子4顺利进行上下运动,且在上下运动时导向柱41不会偏离导向套5的轴心线,使导向柱41能与导向套的阶梯孔511里的丁腈橡胶密封座密封,保证排气阀的工作顺畅,连接头6设置为黄铜材料制成, 这样也可以保证排气阀的使用寿命及工作顺畅。

1. 一种快速排气阀,包括上、下阀盖(1,2)、密封垫(3)、浮子(4)和导向套(5),所述上、下阀盖(1,¾之间通过螺栓连接,所述密封垫C3)安装于上、下阀盖(1,¾之间,所述浮子⑷安装于上、下阀盖(1,2)的内腔中,所述上阀盖⑴的顶部设有通孔,其特征在于:还包括黄铜材料制成的连接头(6)和六角螺母(8),所述导向套(5)由圆杆(51)和位于圆杆 (51)外表面下部的第一卡板(5¾构成,位于所述第一卡板(5¾上面的圆杆(51)的外表面设有螺纹,所述圆杆(51)的内腔设有上半部小下半部大的阶梯孔(511),所述阶梯孔(511) 内安装有密封座,所述圆杆(51)的上端穿过上阀盖(1)的通孔后与螺母(7)螺接,所述第一卡板(5¾抵在上阀盖(1)的内腔顶部,所述连接头(6)由上、下螺纹管(61,6¾和位于上、下螺纹管(61,6¾外表面之间的第二卡板(6¾ —体构成,所述上螺纹管(61)的管径小于下螺纹管(6¾的管径,所述下阀盖(¾的底部设有通孔,所述上螺纹管(61)的上端穿过下阀盖(¾的通孔后与六角螺母(8)螺接,所述第二卡板(6¾抵在下阀盖(¾的底面,所述浮子为空腔球体,所述浮子的上端设有导向柱(41),所述导向柱的上端位于所述阶梯孔(511)内腔,所述浮子(4)和导向柱Gl)为不锈钢材料制成,所述导向柱Gl) 的顶部为60°的圆锥。
2.如权利要求1所述的快速排气阀,其特征在于:所述上螺纹管(61)的内腔壁上部设有两个贯通上螺纹管(61)上端面的开口槽(611),两个所述开口槽(611)以上螺纹管(61) 的轴心线对称分布。
3.如权利要求2所述的快速排气阀,其特征在于:还包括L形管状引导帽(9),所述引导帽(9)的一端安装于圆杆(51)的上端,所述引导帽(9)的另一端外表面设有若干环形连接凹槽(91)。
4.如权利要求3所述的快速排气阀,其特征在于:所述圆杆(51)与第一卡板(52)上表面之间、所述上螺纹管(61)与第二卡板(6¾之间分别设有环形槽(512,612),所述环形槽(512,612)内分别安装有0型密封圈(10,20)。
5.如权利要求4所述的快速排气阀,其特征在于:所述密封垫(3)和密封座均为丁腈胶密封垫。
