本实用新型涉及建筑技术领域,是一种用在建筑物内外墙的不燃保温装饰板,包括玻璃棉层,在玻璃棉层内均布有和玻璃棉层厚度相同的空心的具有防火性能的支撑管,或实心的支撑棒,支撑管的空心内装填有玻璃棉,玻璃棉层的外表面有用无机耐火胶粘接牢固的硅盖板,不燃保温装饰板或石材板,或氧化镁防火板,硅盖板上喷涂有所需的涂料。这种不燃保温装饰板,制造成本低,防火保温性能好,按装施工方便,强度大,外表美观,是一种新型的不燃保温装饰板。
Description
一.技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑技术领域,是一种用在建筑物内外墙的不燃保温装饰板。
二.背景技术
目前用在建筑物内外墙的装饰板,有聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板,也称为苯板,或称聚苯保温板。在施工中将建筑物内外墙先贴上这种聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板,然后用专用的胶浆或水泥沙浆摸平,再在表面拼涂涂料或贴墙砖。其缺点是易燃,尤其是施工期间不安全,一旦着火,从里往外烧,很难扑救,国家已明文禁止使用。在现有技术中,有的使用岩棉板,防火等级能达到A级,能保温,但在施工中有粉尘,此粉尘有毒,一旦着火,气体有毒,国家规定在室内禁用;有的使用蛭石板,防火等级达到A级,能保温,但生产成本高,不适合机械化生产,造价高;有的使用膨胀珍珠岩,防火等级达到A级,能保温,但易碎,强度低,不适合机械化生产;有的使用玻璃棉板,防火等级达到A级,能保温,能机械化生产,但质地软,不宜安装,很难调平整,外表面不宜加装饰;有的使用聚氨脂发泡板,耐火性能只能达到B级.
三.发明内容
(1)本实用新型所要解决的技术问题
为克服目前在建筑物内外墙装饰中所使用的装饰板存在的下述缺点:有的达不到A级防火标准,有的不适合机械化生产,生产成本高,有的在施工中粉尘多,并且有毒,有的易碎,强度低,有的材质软,不宜按装,不宜调平整,外表面不宜加装饰。为克服目前建筑物内外墙装饰中所使用装饰板的缺点,本实用新型的目的,是提供一种不燃保温装饰板,便于机械化生产,生产成本低,安装方便,内外表面很适合用建筑墙体处理方法装饰各种石材板或喷涂各种涂料,强度高,能达到防火A级,外表面美观。
(2)本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案:
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型包括玻璃棉层,在玻璃棉层内均布有和玻璃棉层厚度相同的空心的具有防火性能的支撑管,或实心的具有防火性能的支撑棒,支撑管的空心内装填有玻璃棉,玻璃棉层的外表面有用均布的无机耐火胶粘接牢固的硅盖板,或石材板,或氧化镁防火板,硅盖板上喷涂有所需颜色的涂料。
(3)本实用新型的有益效果:
玻璃棉层防火保温性能好,达到A级,生产成本低,玻璃棉层中均布着能防火的支撑管或支撑棒,支撑管内又填装有玻璃棉,支撑管或支撑棒加强了玻璃棉层的强度,便于和硅盖板或石材板或氧化镁防火板的粘接,硅盖板的外表面可以喷涂所需颜色的涂料,即防火又美观。

五、具体实施方式
附图所示的不燃保温装饰板,包括玻璃棉层(1),在玻璃棉层(1)内均布有和玻璃棉层(1)厚度相同的空心的具有防火性能的支撑管(2),或实心的具有防火性能的支撑棒,支撑管(2)内装填有玻璃棉(5),在玻璃棉层(1)的外表面有用均布的无机耐火胶(3)粘贴牢固的硅盖板(4),硅盖板(4)也可用石材板代替,或者用氧化镁防火板代替,支撑管(2)可用陶瓷管、不锈钢管,支撑棒可用陶瓷棒、不锈钢棒,无机耐火胶使用硅酸钠,也称水玻璃。这种不燃保温装饰板在施工时,把建筑物内墙或外墙外表面涂上专用的胶浆或水泥沙浆,然后把不燃保温装饰板的玻璃棉层(1)的内表面贴在建筑物的内墙或外墙上即可。这种不燃保温装饰板防火保温性能好,生产成本低,便于安装施工,强度高,外表面美观,是一种新型的不燃保温装饰板。

1.不燃保温装饰板,其特征是:包括玻璃棉层(1),在玻璃棉层(1)内均布有和玻璃棉层(1)厚度相同的空心的具有防火性能的支撑管(2),支撑管(2)内装填有玻璃棉(5),在玻璃棉层(1)的外表面有用均布的无机耐火胶(3)粘贴牢固的硅盖板(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不燃保温装饰板,其特征是:所述的硅盖板(4)可用石材板代替。
3.根据权利要求1所述的不燃保温装饰板,其特征是:所述的硅盖板(4)可用氧化镁防火板代替。
4.根据权利要求1所述的不燃保温装饰板,其特征是:所述的支撑管(2)可用实心的具有防火性能的支撑棒代替。
