   目前版辊应用于各种行业,在版辊上用激光刻印出相应的图案,再进行印刷,现有版辊在制作的过程中,往往由于版辊两端的支撑性不稳定,导致整个版辊在印刷过程中产品的质量不高。 
    中国公开专利CN200920132758.5,公开一种通用凹印版辊,包括中心版轴和空心版辊;印版制作在所述空心版辊的外表面,所述中心版轴根据不同的凹印机型设计有相应的长度规格;所述空心板辊套装在所述中心版轴上,于两端借助两固定套和紧固件予以固定。此结构的版辊,稳定性差,导致印刷出来的产品质量合格率相对低。 
  发明内容 
   本实用新型主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种支撑性高的用于制版的多节轴版辊。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的: 
    一种用于制版的多节轴版辊,包括版体,所述的版体两端的侧壁分别设有版辊孔,所述的版辊孔中设有多节轴。多节轴具有很强的支撑性能强,多个端部组成,多位紧固,使得版辊稳定性高,印刷时提高产品的质量。
   作为优选,所述的多节轴由卡端、过渡端和尾端组成,所述的卡端的直径大于过渡端的直径,所述的过渡端的直径大于尾端的直径。多节轴可增强印刷时的稳定性,同时防止左右摆动,增强印刷的套版精度。 
   作为优选,所述的卡端、过渡端和尾端为一体化。   
   因此,本实用新型的用于制版的多节轴版辊,结构简单,稳定性高,提升产品质量。

2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于制版的多节轴版辊,其特征在于:所述的多节轴(3)由卡端(4)、过渡端(5)和尾端(6)组成,所述的卡端(4)的直径大于过渡端(5)的直径,所述的过渡端(5)的直径大于尾端(6)的直径。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于制版的多节轴版辊,其特征在于:所述的卡端(4)、过渡端(5)和尾端(6)为一体化。
