Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种成缆机的辅助绕包装置。
背景技术
在电缆加工行业，在电缆成缆前经常需要进行绕包，将绕包带缠绕在电缆缆芯的外部，这时一般都要采用单独的绕包机进行绕包。如专利号200820241188.9公开的同心式电缆耐火层绕包机。
现有的成缆机一般是在经过绕包机之后才能进行成缆，浪费时间，工作效率低。如申请号200920201014.4公开的高速成缆机。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种成缆机绕包头装置，解决成缆机需要与绕包机一起配合使用，不能单独完成绕包、成缆工序的问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
成缆机绕包头装置，包括六角形的翅片，翅片的中心固定在转轴上，以使翅片在转轴的带动下旋转，进而实现绕包的工序，所述转轴安装在成缆机上。
本实用新型提供的成缆机绕包头装置，可以使多层绕包工艺同步进行完成，特别是当成缆过程中需要多次绕包时，可以采用多个成缆机绕包头装置同时进行，大大的节省了工艺时间，提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型所述的成缆机绕包头装置，包括六角形的翅片1，翅片的中心固定在转轴2上，以使翅片1在转轴2的带动下旋转，进而实现绕包的工序，所述转轴2安装在成缆机上。
本实用新型提供的成缆机绕包头装置，可以使多层绕包工艺同步进行完成，特别是当成缆过程中需要多次绕包时，可以采用多个成缆机绕包头装置同时进行，大大的节省了工艺时间，提高了生产效率。
