本实用新型结构简单,易于实现。导体线芯起到传输电能的作用,通过复式束绞将两根导体线芯绞合在一起,且绞合节距比小于10倍,能够保证电力电缆结构紧凑,降低电能的传输损耗,铜导体电阻率小于0.017241Ω.mm2/m可以提高电能的传输效率,铜导体外的耐火云母层能有效地提高导体线芯的耐火性能,铜导体外的屏蔽层能够有效地屏蔽电磁波,编织成铜丝编织铠装层的软铜线外镀有锡层,防止在加工过程和使用过程中的氧化现象,导体线芯外的聚氯乙烯内、外护套能够有效地提高电力电缆的阻燃能力,也提高了电力电缆的安全性,耐腐蚀层有效地增强了电力电缆抗腐蚀的能力。

如图1所示。阻燃铜丝编织铠装聚氯乙烯内、外护套船用电力电缆,包括有两根复式束绞的导体线芯1,导体线芯1由铜导体2、依次套在铜导体2外的耐火层3、屏蔽层4、交联聚乙烯绝缘套5构成,铜导体2表面镀有锡层,两根导体线芯1的绞合节距比小于10倍,铜导体2电阻率小于0.017241Ω.mm2/m,两根导体线芯1外部依次包覆有绕包带6、聚氯乙烯内护套7、铜丝编织铠装层8、聚氯乙烯外护套9、耐腐蚀层10。铜丝编织铠装层8由表面镀有锡层的软铜线编织而成。
本实用新型中,铜导体采用无氧铜杆,铜的电阻率小于0.017241Ω.mm2/m(20℃)。拉丝后的软铜线进行镀锡处理,防止在加工过程和使用过程中的氧化现象。导体线芯采用复式束绞,绞合节距比小于10倍。绝缘采用交联聚乙烯绝缘的混合材料。半成品进行浸水电压或干式火花检验。内护套采用阻燃聚氯乙烯护套料。采用镀锡软铜线编织。外护套采用阻燃聚氯乙烯护套料。出厂检验项目有:导体直流电阻、绝缘电阻、交流耐压试验、电缆结构尺寸检查、电缆外观标志检查等。

1.阻燃铜丝编织铠装聚氯乙烯内、外护套船用电力电缆,其特征在于:包括有两根复式束绞的导体线芯,所述导体线芯由铜导体、依次套在铜导体外的耐火层、屏蔽层、交联聚乙烯绝缘套构成,两根导体线芯的绞合节距比小于10倍,铜导体电阻率小于0.017241Ω.mm2/m,两根导体线芯外部依次包覆有绕包带、聚氯乙烯内护套、铜丝编织铠装层、聚氯乙烯外护套、耐腐蚀层。
