目前,大部分密集型母线槽外壳没有散热片,只有少数带有散热片而且厚度在3mm以上,高度为9mm以下,这样造成产品成本高,散热效果低。
发明内容
为了克服现有散热片成本高和散热效果低的不足,本实用新型改变散热片的厚度和高度,不仅能降低成本而且增强散热效果。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:散热片的厚度设计为1.6±0.3mm,高度为12±3mm和25±4mm,散热片之间的距离为8±2mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以增强母线槽外壳散热的功能,增加母线槽导电体的载流量,从此做到节能减排,同时降低母线槽产品的生产成本。

在图2中,1000A以下母线槽外壳散热片的高度为12±3mm,厚度为1.6±0.3mm,散热片之间的距离为8±2mm。
