采用上述结构后，使用时，牌体表面固接的电子表可以用于指示时间，使人们在等车时清楚的知道时间，牌体表面固接的温度计可以用于指示温度，使人们在等车时清楚的知道当时的温度，牌体表面固接的音乐播放器可以用于播放音乐，使人们在等车时能够听到美妙的音乐。
