背景技术
目前，在管道装备制造业，根据实际情况的需要，往往要制造保温钢管。在现有技术中，保温钢管包括：钢管和保温层，其存在的不足是：没有必要的防腐措施，裁切会影响保温效果。在实际操作中，要将钢管安装固定后，在其外面包装保温层，这样，给现场操作带来了诸多麻烦，工作效率低，劳动强度大，保温效果差。

参看附图，本具体实施方式是采用以下技术方案，一种防腐保温钢管，包括钢管2，保温层3，钢管2外面设有保温层3，其特征在于：外护管5外面刷有一层防腐漆1，保温层3外面套有外护管5，保温层3内均匀固定有隔热保温材料做成的圆环4，两个相邻的圆环4之间的空间为真空，沿管材的长度方向每隔一定距离用隔热保温材料做成的圆环4密封，使两层管材之间组成一个个密封的真空空间，裁切不影响整个管材的保温效果。防腐保温钢管结构设计合理，构思巧妙新颖，使用安装方便，性能可靠，制造成本低，防腐效果好，且易于大规模推广应用。

1.一种防腐保温钢管，包括钢管（2），保温层（3），钢管（2）外面设有保温层（3），其特征在于：保温层（3）内均匀固定有隔热保温材料做成的圆环（4），两个相邻的圆环（4）之间的空间为真空，保温层（3）外面套有外护管（5），外护管（5）外面刷有一层防腐漆（1）。
