背景技术
[0002] 目前观赏鱼缸大多采用循环过滤系统过滤水质,观赏鱼的排泄物、水草烂叶及经过生物过滤最后产物硝酸盐等杂质,这些杂质随着水流沉积在过滤材料上进行物理,生物过滤。这种过滤方法主要有两方面缺点:一、随着沉积在过滤材料上的杂质增多,过滤系统的压力越大,水质质量也越差;二、需要经常清洗过滤系统,工作量大而且繁杂。

[0004] 为解决上述问题本实用新型所采用的方案为:一种水污分离器,其用于对观赏鱼缸内的水进行水污分离,它包括箱体、均设置于所述的箱体上端的用于将鱼缸内的水导入箱体的进水管与用于将经过水污分离后的水导入鱼缸过滤设备的出水管,所述的箱体底部设置有将杂质排出的排污管,所述的箱体内的出水管的管口设置有过滤杂质的过滤块。

[0006] 进一步地,所述的过滤块采用网状生化过滤棉制成,可以达到更好的水污分离效果。

[0010] 本实用新型与现有技术相比有以下优点:采用本实用新型对观赏鱼缸进行水污分离,当鱼缸内的水通过进水管进入箱体,在阻水刷的阻挡下,水流速度被减慢,沿刷毛分散流至箱体底部,水流中较重的杂质沉积在箱体底部,较轻的杂质随水流流向出水管,在遇到刷毛与过滤块时被阻挡,或吸附在刷毛或过滤块上,或沉积至箱体底部,最终进入鱼缸过滤设备的水便较为干净,如此不仅提高过滤水质的质量,保证观赏鱼的健康,而且清洗过滤系统时也较为简便.而且只需打开排污阀便能实现鱼缸的排污换水的要求。

[0014] 如图1所示,本实用新型水污分离器包括:底部呈向下延伸的圆锥形的箱体1,所述的箱体1上端开设置有用于将鱼缸(图中未显示)内的水导入箱体1的进水管2与用于将处理后的水导入鱼缸过滤设备的出水管3,所述的箱体1底部设置有将杂质排出的排污管 4,所述的箱体1内的出水管3的管口设置有用生化过滤棉制成的用于过滤杂质的过滤块5, 排污管4上安装有排污阀41,出水管3上设置有提供水循环动力的水泵6。
[0015] 为降低水流经过箱体1的流速,以及进一步起到分离过滤作用,所述的箱体1上端面的内侧设有紧贴过滤块5垂直向下延伸的挡板7,所述的挡板7底部沿水平方向固定有用于缓冲水流的阻水刷8,所述的阻水刷8包括:与挡板7相固定连接的平板81、固定在平板 81上的刷毛82,所述的刷毛82呈发散状分布于平板81下表面。
[0016] 水污分离器工作时,水泵6带动水流缓慢从进水管2进入箱体1内,经过过滤块5 与刷毛82后从出水管3流出,由于水流进入箱体后流速度较慢,循环水中的观赏鱼的排泄物等较重的杂质不会随水流流向出水管3,而是沉积在箱体1底部,而水中较轻的杂货在碰到过滤块5或刷毛82时,会被过滤块5或刷毛82挡住,也沉积到箱体1底部或吸附在刷毛 82或过滤块5上,因此从出水管3中流出的便是不带杂质的水。如此过滤一段时间后,若需要进行排污处理,只需打开排污阀41,沉积在箱体1底部的杂质会随水流从排污管4排出, 而附着在刷毛82和过滤块5上的较轻的杂质也会被水流带离刷毛82或过滤块5,也从排污管4排出。采用上述方案对观赏鱼缸中的水进行过滤排污简便快捷,而且清洗也较为简单。
[0017] 上述结合对本实用新型所优选的实施例进行了说明,但是上述实施例并不能理解为对本实用新型保护范围的限制,凡根据本实用新型精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,如改变过滤块的材料、进水管与出水管的位置等等,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1. 一种水污分离器,其用于对观赏鱼缸内的水进行水污分离,其特征在于:它包括箱体(1)、均设置于所述的箱体(1)上端的用于将鱼缸内的水导入箱体(1)的进水管(2)与用于将经过水污分离后的水导入鱼缸过滤设备的出水管(3),所述的箱体(1)底部还设置有将杂质排出的排污管(4),所述的箱体(1)内的出水管(3)的管口设置有过滤杂质的过滤块 (5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水污分离器,其特征在于:所述的排污管(4)上安装有排污阀 (41)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水污分离器,其特征在于:所述的过滤块(5)采用网状生化过滤棉制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水污分离器,进一步,其特征在于:所述的出水管(3)上设置有提供水循环动力的水泵(6 )。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水污分离器,其特征在于:所述的箱体(1)上端面的内侧设置有紧贴过滤块(5)且垂直向下延伸的挡板(7),所述的挡板(7)底部固定有沿水平方向设置的用于缓冲水流的阻水刷(8),所述的阻水刷(8)包括:与挡板(7)相垂直固定连接的平板 (81)、固定在平板(81)上的刷毛(82),所述的刷毛(82)呈发散状分布于平板(81)下表面。
