本实用新型涉及内胆内侧涂有硅胶的联集盒。
背景技术
现有的真空集热管集热温度高、热损小、产业化程度高,用其制造的插管式热水器可在冬季提供50℃以上生活热水。但总的来说,真空集热管的应用产品还不够丰富发达。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供内胆内侧涂有硅胶的联集盒。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案:用一个单侧或者双侧开有排孔的金属盒状物联集内胆和罩壳,制成一个内胆内侧涂有硅胶的联集盒。联集内胆和罩壳之间充填有绝热材料。联集内胆内侧表面含有硅胶。
本实用新型的有益效果:硅胶涂制方便、物料性能稳定;耐腐蚀、不结垢、易清洗,无需专门加热硫化或者烧结。

具体实施方式
图1给出本实用新型的一个实施例。
图1中,用一个双侧开有排孔1的金属盒状物联集内胆2和罩壳3,制成一个内胆内侧涂有硅胶的联集盒。联集内胆2和罩壳3之间充填有绝热材料。在内胆2内侧表面制作有一层约0.3至1毫米厚的硅胶,如图中粗黑线所示。在联集盒的排孔1中可以插入真空集热管。

1.内胆内侧涂有硅胶的联集盒,由一个单侧或者双侧开有排孔的金属盒状物联集内胆和罩壳制成,联集内胆和罩壳之间充填有绝热材料,其特征在于联集内胆内侧表面含有硅胶。
