所属技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种汽车取力器,尤其涉及一种由箱体、拔叉、气缸套、活塞、活塞杆、输入轴和输出轴组成的带离合装置的全功率取力器。
背景技术 中国专利CN2818208Y公开了这样一种气动取力器,其结构特点是:将由箱体、拔叉、气缸套、活塞、活塞杆、输入轴和输出轴组成的取力器设在汽车变速箱一端,且与气泵管路相连接,并设一油泵终端,其中将汽车变速箱的动力输入取力器内,由一双联齿轮完成动力的传递,取力器另一端通过管路将气压引入取力器推动一拔叉,并可将与拔叉相连接的驱动齿轮与双联正齿轮啮合,而驱动齿轮设在花键轴上,将来自汽车变速箱的动力再通过花键轴枢接到齿轮油泵变为油压;拔叉设置在活塞杆中部,活塞杆的一端与置于气缸套内的活塞连接,活塞杆的另一端与箱体转动连接,在箱体与拔叉之间的活塞杆上安装有弹簧。因此,当弹簧的弹力不够时,取力器易存在离合困难,又由于该结构采用齿轮传动,精度要求较高,生产成本也较高。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种容易离合、生产成本较低的带离合装置的全功率取力器。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型带离合装置的全功率取力器,由箱体、拔叉、气缸套、活塞、活塞杆、输入轴和输出轴组成,活塞杆的一端与置于气缸套内的活塞连接,活塞杆的另一端与箱体转动连接,在活塞杆中部连接有拔叉的一端,拔叉的另一端与分离齿套活动连接,在分离齿套内滑动连接有输入轴的一端,在与输入轴同轴的并置于箱体的输出轴一端上设置有能与分离齿套配合的外齿套。
在所述分离齿套内表面上加工有便于在输入轴和外齿套上滑动的花键。
在所述输入轴上加工有能与分离齿套滑动配合的花键。
在所述外齿套上加工有能与分离齿套滑动配合的花键。
在所述箱体内,输出轴一端伸入输入轴一端内一部分,使输出轴与输入轴同轴。
采用这种结构后,由于活塞杆的一端与置于气缸套内的活塞连接,活塞杆的另一端与箱体转动连接,在活塞杆中部连接有拔叉的一端,省去了弹簧;又由于拔叉的另一端与分离齿套活动连接,在分离齿套内滑动连接有输入轴的一端,在与输入轴同轴的并置于箱体的输出轴一端上设置有能与分离齿套配合的外齿套,在分离齿套内表面上加工有便于在输入轴和外齿套上滑动的花键。从而达到容易离合、生产成本较低的目的。

具体实施方式 附图所示本实用新型带离合装置的全功率取力器,由箱体6、拔叉5、气缸套3、活塞2、活塞杆4、输入轴1和输出轴7组成,活塞杆4的一端与置于气缸套3内的活塞2连接,活塞杆4的另一端与箱体6转动连接,在活塞杆4中部连接有拔叉5的一端,拔叉5的另一端与分离齿套9活动连接,在分离齿套9内滑动连接有输入轴1的一端,在与输入轴1同轴的并置于箱体6的输出轴7一端上设置有能与分离齿套9配合的外齿套8;在所述分离齿套9内表面上加工有便于在输入轴1和外齿套8上滑动的花键;在所述输入轴1上加工有能与分离齿套9滑动配合的花键;在所述外齿套8上加工有能与分离齿套9滑动配合的花键;在所述箱体6内,输出轴7一端伸入输入轴1一端内一部分,使输出轴7与输入轴1同轴。

Claims (5)

1.一种带离合装置的全功率取力器,由箱体、拔叉、气缸套、活塞、活塞杆、输入轴和输出轴组成,活塞杆的一端与置于气缸套内的活塞连接,活塞杆的另一端与箱体转动连接,在活塞杆中部连接有拔叉的一端,其特征在于:拔叉(5)的另一端与分离齿套(9)活动连接,在分离齿套(9)内滑动连接有输入轴(1)的一端,在与输入轴(1)同轴的并置于箱体(6)的输出轴(7)一端上设置有能与分离齿套(9)配合的外齿套(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带离合装置的全功率取力器,其特征在于:在所述分离齿套(9)内表面上加工有便于在输入轴(1)和外齿套(8)上滑动的花键。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带离合装置的全功率取力器,其特征在于:在所述输入轴(1)上加工有能与分离齿套(9)滑动配合的花键。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带离合装置的全功率取力器,其特征在于:在所述外齿套(8)上加工有能与分离齿套(9)滑动配合的花键。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带离合装置的全功率取力器,其特征在于:在所述箱体(6)内,输出轴(7)一端伸入输入轴(1)一端内一部分,使输出轴(7)与输入轴(1)同轴。
