本实用新型包括固定架、通过下连杆和固定架铰连的两个脚踏板以及通过上连杆和固定架铰连的两个手握板。

使用本实用新型时，只要双手紧握两个手握板，双脚踏在两个脚踏版上，由于手握板通过上连杆和固定架铰连，脚踏板通过下连杆和固定架铰连，这样即可同时摆动双臂和双腿，进行“空中漫步”，达到放松肩部肌肉、腰椎及周边的肌肉的目的，从而有效降低肩周炎、腰椎病和腰肌劳损的发病率。
