本实用新型涉及一种防爆接线箱,包括壳体、壳盖,壳体轴向内侧壁与壳盖轴向外侧壁通过螺纹连接形成隔爆接合面,所述壳盖外侧壁靠近上端设有向外突出的环形挡板,环形挡板下端面与壳体安装口上端面接触面相密封,环形挡板下方与隔爆接合面之间沿圆周方向设有第一环槽,与壳盖适配的壳体内侧壁上也设有与第一环槽相互配合的第二环槽,其两环槽之间轴向位置设有O形密封圈,此种结构在壳体与壳盖之间轴向设置有O形密封圈,使接线箱不产生泄漏现象,达到更好的密封效果,提高了装置安全运行的可靠性。

本实用新型涉及一种防爆接线箱,具体是一种密封效果更好的防爆接线箱。
背景技术
防爆接线接箱要求有一定的防水效果,现有的防爆接线箱的壳体与壳盖仅仅只限于端面密封,密封效果比较差,液体就很容易顺着端面进入接线箱内部,进而对接线箱内部元件造成损害,以至于造成安全事故,因此,在现有技术上进一步改进,即在壳体与壳盖之间还设有轴向密封圈。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种密封性能更好的防爆接线箱。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型涉及一种防爆接线箱,包括壳体、壳盖,壳体安装口轴向内侧壁与壳盖轴向外侧壁通过螺纹连接形成隔爆接合面,所述壳盖外侧壁靠近上端设有向外突出的环形挡板,环形挡板下端面与壳体安装口上端面接触面相密封,环形挡板下方与隔爆接合面之间沿圆周方向设有第一环槽,与壳盖适配的壳体内侧壁上也设有与第一环槽相互对应的第二环槽,其两环槽之间轴向位置设有O形密封圈。
通过对现有技术的上述改进,在壳体安装口内壁和壳盖外壁轴向位置设有O形密封圈,达到更好的密封效果,使接线箱不产生泄漏现象,提高了装置安全运行的可靠性。
所述壳体内固装有安装板和接线端子排,接线端子排用螺钉连接在安装板上,安装板用螺钉固定在接线箱底部。
通过上述方案的进一步改进,接线端子排用多个螺钉连接在安装板上,安装板用多个螺钉固定在壳体底部,构成了很好的定位作用,固定连接对线路质量有着十分重要的意义。

如图1、2、3所示,本实用新型的具体实施例是一种防爆接线箱,包括壳体1、壳盖2,壳体安装口轴向内侧壁与壳盖轴向外侧壁通过螺纹连接形成隔爆接合面5,壳盖2外侧壁靠近上端设有向外突出的环形挡板7,环形挡板7下端面与壳体安装口上端面接触面相密封,壳盖2环形挡板7下端面与隔爆接合面5之间沿圆周方向设有第一环槽8,与壳盖2适配的壳体1内侧壁上也设有相互对应的第二环槽9,其两环槽之间轴向位置设有O形密封圈3,在壳体1安装口内壁和壳盖2外壁轴向位置设有O形密封圈3,达到更好的密封效果,不产生泄漏现象,提高了装置安全运行的可靠性,壳体1内固装有安装板6和接线端子排4,接线端子排4用多个螺钉连接在安装板6上,安装板用多个螺钉固定在壳体1的底部,构成了很好的定位作用,提高了线路连接的质量。

1.一种防爆接线箱,包括壳体、壳盖,其特征在于:壳体安装口轴向内侧壁与壳盖轴向外侧壁通过螺纹连接形成隔爆接合面,所述壳盖外侧壁靠近上端设有向外突出的环形挡板,环形挡板下端面与壳体安装口上端面接触面相密封,环形挡板下方与隔爆接合面之间沿圆周方向设有第一环槽,与壳盖适配的壳体内侧壁上设有与第一环槽相对应的第二环槽,其两环槽之间轴向位置设有密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆接线箱,其特征在于:所述壳体内固装有安装板和接线端子排,接线端子排用螺钉固定连接在安装板上,安装板用螺钉固定在接线箱底部。
