背景技术
众所周知，口腔颌面部是人体多种重要器官的集中区，解剖结构复杂，且组织发生来自多层胚叶，因此，所发生的肿瘤具有类型繁多，易早期侵犯邻近重要器官。牙源性和唾液腺源性肿瘤等为口腔颌面部所特有的肿瘤，手术治疗目前仍是治疗口腔颌面部肿瘤主要和有效的方法；还有各种原因造成的口腔外伤等手术，都需要拉钩。现有用于口腔颌面部的手术拉钩一般大小固定，不能调节，易对患者口腔或牙齿造成损伤。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种口腔手术固定装置，可根据口腔大小进行调节，既方便手术操作，又防止损伤牙齿。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种口腔手术固定装置，设有弧形固定体，其特征在于：弧形固定体上设有软垫片，弧形固定体的一端设有把柄，把柄与弧形固定体连接处设有螺旋栓钮，弧形固定体的另一端设有筢爪。
本实用新型的有益效果是，可根据口腔大小进行调节，既方便手术操作，又防止损伤牙齿。

具体实施方式
在图1中，本实用新型设有弧形固定体3，弧形固定体3上设有软垫片4，弧形固定体3的一端设有把柄1，把柄1与弧形固定体3连接处设有螺旋栓钮2，弧形固定体3的另一端设有筢爪5。
本实用新型在使用时，将弧形固定体3放入口腔中，一手把住把柄1，另一手调节螺旋栓钮2，弧形固定体3上的软垫片4可防止损伤牙齿，筢爪5将上颌面撑开，便于暴露手术野进行手术操作。
