背景技术
众所周知,传统电缆是由线芯以及包裹于线芯外层的绝缘护套层构成,此类型的电缆导体会受氧化、腐蚀、变质、硬化及老化等因素的影响,其伸长率和强度都会降低,致使电缆寿命缩短,同时导致电损率提高,增加了产品的成本消耗。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种稀土屏蔽电缆,它能够提高电缆的耐腐蚀性,延长了电缆的使用寿命。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种稀土屏蔽电缆,包括线芯以及包裹于线芯外层的绝缘护套层,所述线芯共有多根,且每根线芯外均包裹有绝缘护套层,所述绝缘护套层为稀土PE绝缘层,所述多根线芯相互铰合成缆芯,所述缆芯外包裹有高分子树脂绕包层,在高分子树脂绕包层外依次包裹有稀土丝屏蔽层和PVC护套层。
作为优选,所述稀土丝屏蔽层和PVC护套层之间设有稀土铝套层。

1.一种稀土屏蔽电缆,包括线芯(1)以及包裹于线芯(1)外层的绝缘护套层(2),其特征在于:所述线芯(1)共有多根,且每根线芯(1)外均包裹有绝缘护套层(2),所述绝缘护套层(2)为稀土PE绝缘层,所述多根线芯(1)相互铰合成缆芯,所述缆芯外包裹有高分子树脂绕包层(3),在高分子树脂绕包层(3)外依次包裹有稀土丝屏蔽层(4)和PVC护套层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稀土屏蔽电缆,其特征在于:所述稀土丝屏蔽层(4)和PVC护套层(6)之间设有稀土铝套层(5)。
