本实用新型公开了一种光合反应发酵装置,包括带夹套的发酵罐、搅拌机构、多个光照机构、菌刷器,光照机构包括长视镜、光源、反光镜、外罩,长视镜沿轴向嵌装在发酵罐罐体外周面上,外罩罩住长视镜,外罩与夹套固定连接,光源设置在长视镜和外罩之间,外罩内侧设有反光镜。菌刷器包括固定架、数个菌刷夹、数个菌刷,固定架中部与搅拌机构的搅拌轴固定连接,菌刷夹分别固定在固定架两端,菌刷分别可拆卸地安装在菌刷夹上,菌刷外侧垂直抵靠在长视镜内侧,与长视镜内侧活动连接。本实用新型光照均匀,光照强度高,可保证光线无遮挡地照射到发酵罐内,光合细菌生长充分,发酵周期短。

本实用新型涉及一种发酵设备,尤其是一种光合反应发酵装置,属于微生物工程技术领域。
背景技术
生物发酵设备是生物技术开发中的一个关键性设备,是工业发酵中最重要、应用最广泛的设备,作为微生物培养的必备装置,其效率的高低对微生物的培养起着至关重要的作用。现有光合反应发酵装置是采用透明玻璃制成的小型生物反应器,其通过控制外置的光源,达到对反应器内部菌体照射的目的,由于光合细菌的趋光性,大量菌体附着在玻璃壁内侧,到了发酵中后期,光照便无法照射进反应器内,光合细菌得不到光线,生长不充分,使得发酵周期延长,产品质量下降,发酵完一批后常常要将发酵罐拆开,清洗其内侧,工作效率低,难以实现工业化生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种工作效率高、发酵周期短、产品质量高、光照均匀的光合反应发酵装置。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种光合反应发酵装置,包括带夹套的发酵罐、搅拌机构、多个光照机构;所述搅拌机构包括驱动电机、减速机、搅拌轴、数个搅拌桨叶,所述驱动电机垂直设置在所述发酵罐上方的支座上,驱动电机与减速机连接,所述搅拌轴上端端头与减速机输出轴固定连接,搅拌轴下端穿过发酵罐罐盖,垂直延伸至发酵罐罐体底部,所述搅拌轴下端设有搅拌桨叶,所述发酵罐罐体内还设有数个菌刷器,菌刷外侧垂直抵靠在所述长视镜内侧,所述菌刷器通过固定架与所述搅拌轴固定连接;所述多个光照机构均匀设置在所述发酵罐外周面上,所述光照机构包括长视镜、光源、反光镜、外罩,所述长视镜沿轴向嵌装在所述发酵罐罐体外周面上,所述外罩罩住所述长视镜,外罩与夹套固定连接,所述光源设置在所述长视镜和外罩之间,所述外罩内侧设有反光镜。
本实用新型的目的还可以通过以下技术措施来进一步实现。
前述的光合反应发酵装置,其中所述的长视镜采用高硼玻璃制成。
本实用新型在发酵罐外周面上设置多个光照机构,光线通过长视镜照射到发酵罐内,实现对罐体内各个部位均匀照射,同时反光镜将光线反射到罐体内,增强了发酵罐内部光线的照射强度。罐内搅拌轴上设置菌刷器,搅拌轴每转动一圈,就带动菌刷在每个长视镜内侧刮两次,可以清除吸附在长视镜内侧的光合细菌,保证光线无遮挡照射到发酵罐内,从而保证光合细菌生长充分,产品质量高,发酵周期短,工作效率高,实现了光合培养工业化生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型包括带夹套13的发酵罐1、搅拌机构2、多个光照机构3,带夹套的发酵罐1采用牌号为SUS316L的不锈钢材料制成,夹套13内通入恒温水,保证发酵温度恒定。搅拌机构2包括驱动电机21、减速机22、搅拌轴23、数个搅拌桨叶24,驱动电机21垂直设置在发酵罐1上方的支座4上,驱动电机21与减速机22通过联轴器连接,搅拌轴23上端端头与减速机22输出轴固定连接,搅拌轴23下端穿过发酵罐罐盖11,垂直延伸至发酵罐罐体12底部,搅拌轴23下端设有数个搅拌桨叶24。本实用新型在发酵罐1外周面上均匀设置6个光照机构3,使得罐体12内各部位光线照射均匀。发酵罐罐体12内还设有菌刷器5,菌刷器5通过紧固件与搅拌轴23固定连接。菌刷器5包括固定架51、两个菌刷夹52、两个菌刷53,固定架51由4根平行设置的不锈钢横杆511组成,横杆511中部通过紧固件与搅拌轴23固定连接,菌刷夹52用不锈钢制成,分别设置在4根横杆511两端,并通过紧固件与横杆两端固定连接,菌刷53分别卡插在菌刷夹52上,菌刷53外侧垂直抵靠在长视镜31内侧。搅拌轴23转动时,带动固定架51一起转动,使菌刷53沿长视镜31内侧绕搅拌轴23轴心转,搅拌轴23每转动一周,通过固定架51带动其两端的菌刷53在每个长视镜31内侧刮两次,可清除吸附在长视镜31内侧的光合细菌,保证光线无遮挡地照射到发酵罐1内,从而保证光合细菌生长充分,产品质量高,发酵周期短。
光照机构3包括长视镜31、光源32、反光镜33、不锈钢外罩34,长视镜31采用耐高温的高硼玻璃制成,沿轴向嵌装在发酵罐罐体12外周面上,外罩34罩住长视镜31,外罩34通过数个紧固件与夹套13固定连接,光源32为日光灯管,设置在长视镜31和外罩34之间,光线可通过长视镜31均匀照射到发酵罐罐体12内,外罩34内侧设有反光镜33,可将光线反射到罐体12内,增加罐体12内部光线的照射强度。
除上述实施例外,本实用新型还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围内。

1.一种光合反应发酵装置,包括带夹套的发酵罐、搅拌机构、多个光照机构;所述搅拌机构包括驱动电机、减速机、搅拌轴、数个搅拌桨叶,所述驱动电机垂直设置在发酵罐上方的支座上,驱动电机与减速机连接,所述搅拌轴上端端头与减速机输出轴固定连接,搅拌轴下端穿过发酵罐罐盖,垂直延伸至发酵罐罐体底部,所述搅拌轴下端设有搅拌桨叶,其特征在于:所述发酵罐罐体内还设有数个菌刷器,菌刷外侧垂直抵靠在所述长视镜内侧,所述菌刷器通过固定架与所述搅拌轴固定连接;所述多个光照机构均匀设置在所述发酵罐外周面上,所述光照机构包括长视镜、光源、反光镜、外罩,所述长视镜沿轴向嵌装在所述发酵罐罐体外周面上,所述外罩罩住所述长视镜,外罩与夹套固定连接,所述光源设置在所述长视镜和外罩之间,所述外罩内侧设有反光镜。
