Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种切药机，中药材采用传统的手工切制效率低，劳动强度大而且切割不均匀影响产品质量，市场上也有一种旋转式切割机，切割效率较高，但是由于进料口直接对准旋转的道具致使一些药材被绞成粉末，药材损耗较大。本实用新型组成包括：机箱（1），所述的机箱里面安装皮带输送机（2），所述的皮带输送机的一端连接进料口，所述的皮带输送机的另一端安装刀具（3），所述的刀具下面安装垫板（4），所述的刀具连接电动机（5），所述的刀具连接出料口（6）。本产品用于药材等切片。

本实用新型涉及一种制药设备，具体涉及一种切药机。
背景技术：
中药材的加工制备过程中一些有叶、皮、藤、根、草、花类和大部分果实、种子类药材或农产品、水产品等经常要根据需要切制成内片、段、条等， 如：麻黄、甘草、黄芪、枳壳、柴胡、丹皮、杜仲、生(熟)地、灵芝、人参、麦冬、红枣、勺药、黄柏、厚朴、独活、青风藤、柿蒂、辣椒、白术、鱼腥草等动植物药材，鱿鱼、墨鱼、鳗鱼、海带等水产品。传统的手工切制效率低，劳动强度大而且切割不均匀影响产品质量，市场上也有一种旋转式切割机，切割效率较高，但是由于进料口直接对准旋转的道具致使一些药材被绞成粉末，药材损耗较大。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种切药机，工作效率高并且细粉率极低。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
切药机，其组成包括：机箱，所述的机箱里面安装皮带输送机，所述的皮带输送机的一端连接进料口，所述的皮带输送机的另一端安装刀具，所述的刀具下面安装垫板，所述的刀具连接电动机，所述的刀具连接出料口。
所述的切药机，所述的进料口包括倾斜底板，所述的倾斜底板一侧连接挡板，所述的倾斜底板的另一侧通过滑道连接滑动挡板。
有益效果：
1.本实用新型可以通过控制刀具电动机的转速和控制皮带输送机的速度从而精确控制切割的长度，能够实现连续作业，切制颗粒饮片的细粉率在5%以内，切口平整片形好，整机易操作、易维护、不污染物料，整机完全不漏料。
2．本实用新型的进料口设计为可调节宽度型进料口，可以根据待切割药材的不同种类调节进料口的宽度，保证物料沿切割方向进入皮带输送机。

2. 根据权利要求1所述的切药机，其特征是：所述的进料口包括倾斜底板，所述的倾斜底板一侧连接挡板，所述的倾斜底板的另一侧通过滑道连接滑动挡板。
