发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、检测精度高的电机转子跳动检查专用装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种电机转子跳动检查专用装置，其特征在于：包括有工作台、百分表、跳动检查主吊装篓，所述吊装篓、百分表位于工作台的上方，在吊装篓上有压板和压紧螺钉，所述跳动检查主体安装在工作台中。
本实用新型采用吊装篓装卸转子，具有操作简单、劳动强度低、效率高、检测精度高的优点。

其中，1是工作台，2是电机转子，3是吊装篓，4是压板，5是压紧螺钉，6是百分表，7是跳动检查主体。
具体实施方式
下面根据附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明：
从图1可知，本实用新型电机转子跳动检查专用装置，包括有工作台1、百分表2、跳动检查主体7、吊装篓3，其中吊装篓3、百分表6位于工作台1的上方，在吊装篓上有压板4和压紧螺钉5，跳动检查主体7安装在工作台1中。
操作方法：使用吊装篓把电机转子套入跳动检查主体的主轴上；通过压板和压紧螺钉将电机转子固定在主轴上，调节百分表的表头，使表头接触电机转子的外表面后再挤压表头，使表头缩进2～3mm，并调整百分表对零，然后转动电机转子，百分表指针所指示最大值与最小值之间的差就是电机转子外圆跳动数据。

1.一种电机转子跳动检查专用装置，其特征在于：包括有工作台、百分表、跳动检查主体、吊装篓，所述吊装篓、百分表位于工作台的上方，在吊装篓上有压板和压紧螺钉，所述跳动检查主体安装在工作台中。
