背景技术
传统的灯具采用荧光灯，节能效果差，有必要用性能更好且更节能的LED灯代替之。另外采用荧光灯制造能360°发光的灯具难度较大，且成本较高。

本实用新型要解决技术问题是提供一种LED万向筒灯，该LED万向筒灯能360°发光，结构新颖紧凑，且散热性能良好。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种LED万向筒灯，发光管的一端插装在带有灯脚的灯座上，发光管的另一端设有堵头；发光管由外层的透明管、中间的基板和内层的散热器组成，基板上设有多个LED灯。灯座外层设有灯座外壳。透明管为两端对通的圆筒形，散热器为中空的金属六面棱柱体，基板由周向设置的6个面板组成，每一个面板上设置有多个LED灯。
本实用新型的有益效果：
本实用新型的LED万向筒灯，其光源用LED，铝基板和铝散热器作为LED的散热装置，光源表面用透明的面罩盖住，顶部用塑胶堵头包住。外露部分全部为绝缘材料，产品安全性好。LED光源分为六个面排布，达到360°发光的效果。

如图1，一种LED万向筒灯，发光管的一端插装在带有灯脚的灯座上，发光管的另一端设有堵头；发光管由外层的透明管、中间的基板和内层的散热器组成，基板上设有多个LED灯。灯座外层设有灯座外壳。透明管为两端对通的圆筒形，散热器为中空的金属六面棱柱体，基板由周向设置的6个面板组成，每一个面板上设置有多个LED灯。透明管和堵头采用塑胶材质。基板为铝基板，散热器为铝散热器。本实施例的LED万向筒灯采用和传统灯具相同的G24D的标准灯座。

1.一种LED万向筒灯，其特征在于，发光管的一端插装在带有灯脚的灯座上，发光管的另一端设有堵头；发光管由外层的透明管、中间的基板和内层的散热器组成，基板上设有多个LED灯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED万向筒灯，其特征在于，灯座外层设有灯座外壳。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED万向筒灯，其特征在于，透明管为两端对通的圆筒形，散热器为中空的金属六面棱柱体，基板由周向设置的6个面板组成，每一个面板上设置有多个LED灯。
