[0002] 传统脱硫设备是竖立的脱硫反应塔,塔内设置有多层旋流分布板,将碱液用泵打至塔内上部,从旋流板上依次流下,烟气从塔底部入口进入塔内,逆流而上,与脱硫液充分接触,发生脱硫反应,脱硫后渣溶液从塔底流入沉淀池。
[0003] 传统旋流板式脱硫塔,从理论上说,塔内气液逆向运行,充分接触,脱硫效果好,但因塔内设置有多层旋流板,且烟气逆流而上,气流阻力系数非常大,系统运行电能耗高,且旋流板上易结垢,生产期无法入内清理,结到一定程度后,会完全堵塞旋流板,造成整个系统瘫痪,无法继续生产。

[0009] 从图1可以看出本实用新型具有管体1,该管体水平卧置,其一端开口是烟气进口 6,另一端开口是烟气出口 7。在管体1中有一水平布置的分布孔板2,将管体1的内腔分为上下两个空腔,上空腔是脱硫液分布室3,下空腔是脱硫反应室4,在管体1的顶部设有进液口 5,碱液通过水泵进液口 5打入脱硫分布室3。用这种工业烟气脱硫反应器进行烟气处理的方法是:烟气从烟气进口 6水平进入管体1的脱硫反应室4中,脱硫分布室3的碱液通过分布孔板不断向下喷射,与烟气垂直交叉撞击,与烟气进行充分地脱硫反应,同时烟气中的尘土被液洗落,烟气得到净化,从烟囱排到空气中。反应后渣液落到脱硫反应室的底部并流到烟囱下部的渣液池8中,从渣液池底部出口流入脱硫系统沉淀池。管体1和分布孔板 2材质为耐酸碱材质,管体1的外形大小、长度不限,根据要求设计,孔板分布器孔径大小为 5-50mm,数量不限,排列方式不限,材质也为耐酸碱质。
