为了达到本实用新型的目的，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由优盘体、左蝴蝶结、松紧带、左搭钩、右搭钩、右蝴蝶结、优盘盖组成，其特征在于松紧带上设有左蝴蝶结和右蝴蝶结，松紧带末端设有左搭钩和右搭钩，左蝴蝶结上设有优盘体，右蝴蝶结上设有优盘盖，当做优盘使用时，先将优盘体从优盘盖中拔出，插入电脑USB接口后输入或输出信息，完毕后再将优盘体插回优盘盖中，当做领结使用时，将左蝴蝶结上的优盘体插入右蝴蝶结上的优盘盖后，把松紧带绕过使用者的脖子，在脖子后将左搭钩和右搭钩相勾住即可。
