单作弹簧复位气动带手动阀门在工艺管线上起安全质保作用，其在石油、化工和易燃、易爆等环境条件下广泛使用。单作弹簧复位气动带手动阀门，当工况发生事故状态，可利用气缸内储能弹簧的作用，使阀门紧急复位。目前市场上可见的弹簧复位带手动装置气动阀门中阀杆与活活塞和弹簧相连，由于在工作时阀杆与活塞和弹簧一起上下运动，造成手动操作时上下运动时费时费力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有单作用弹簧复位带手动平行双闸板闸阀的不足，提供一种省时省力、阀杆与活塞及弹簧分离式单作用弹簧复位平行双闸板闸阀。
为了实现上述目的，本实用型的技术方案如下：
一种单作用带弹簧复位气动手动转换分离机构，包括弹簧和阀杆，所述阀杆的外侧设有与活塞相连接的滑套，所述滑套与阀杆设置有使阀杆与滑套离合的卡合装置。
所述的卡合装置为滑套与阀杆之间通过活动的销子插入两者相同位置的插孔内。
本实用新型的有益效果：手动时，将销子拿掉，这样阀杆自由上下运动，非常省力。

具体实施方式
一种气开弹簧复位带手动装置平行式双闸板闸阀，包括复位弹簧1、活塞2、销子4和阀杆5，阀杆5的外侧设有滑套3，滑套与滑杆之间设置有离合(分离时两者相对运动和合起来时两者一起运动)的卡合装置。卡合装置很多种，本实施例只提供了一种，该滑套的形状与阀杆5相吻合，套在阀杆5的外周，再与活塞2相连接固定。滑套3的末端设有销子4。滑套3与滑杆5两者有相同部位设置插销子的通孔，插入销子4使滑套3与滑杆5连接在一起运动。拔下销子4，滑套3与阀杆5相分离，阀杆5在上下运动时无需带动活塞及弹簧运动。这样手动起来就非常省力。

1.一种单作用带弹簧复位气动手动转换分离机构，包括弹簧(1)和阀杆(5)，其特征在于，所述阀杆(5)的外侧设有与活塞(2)相连接的滑套(3)，所述滑套(3)与阀杆(5)设置有使阀杆(5)与滑套(3)离合的卡合装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述单作用带弹簧复位气动手动转换分离机构，其特征在于，所述的卡合装置为滑套(3)与阀杆(5)之间通过活动的销子(4)插入两者相同位置的插孔内。
