目前推土机链轮毂总成是由链轮毂、齿轮毂和锁紧螺母组成,作为推土机行走部分的核心部件,加工工艺和技术要求非常严格,其中链轮毂与齿轮毂的齿间互配依旧是目前国内的技术难关。传统的加工工艺一直沿袭成对生产,按齿间标记组对的方法进行加工装配,给总装厂的整机装配和规模生产带来了极大的困难。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:生产推土机链轮毂总成时,需要对链轮毂和齿轮毂按齿间标记组对的方法进行加工装配,不能达到生产的链轮毂与齿轮毂任意配合,给总装厂的整机装配和规模生产带来了极大的困难的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的方案是提供一种推土机链轮毂全自动插齿机,包括床身1、锥形构件2、刀具3及工装4,所述锥形构件2的锥度为1°47′43″,锥形构件2与床身1固定连接为具有相同锥度的一体结构,刀具3与机身1相连接,并且与工装4的台面构成1°47′43″的倾斜角。
本实用新型推土机链轮毂全自动插齿机,通过锥形构件的设计,保证了加工的链轮毂是具有1°47′43″锥度的锥形齿轮,而通用的数控滚齿机可以加工具有相应锥度的的齿轮毂,这样就可以使链轮毂与齿轮毂达到任意齿间随意配合的效果,也大大加快了整机的装配,提高了工作效率并且也减少因无法配合而废弃所造成的零件损失。

由图1和图2可知本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的方案是提供一种推土机链轮毂全自动插齿机,包括床身1、锥形构件2、刀具3及工装4,所述锥形构件2的锥度为1°47′43″,锥形构件2与床身1固定连接为具有相同锥度的一体结构,刀具3与机身1相连接,并且与工装4的台面构成1°47′43″的倾斜角。
本实用新型是在通用插齿机的基础上将机身以确定的角度垫起,同时垫起部分与机身成为一体,输出轴和输入轴均按垫起的高度加长,其工作原理依与通用插齿机相同。
本实用新型推土机链轮毂全自动插齿机,通过锥形构件的设计,使得机身整体具有一定的倾斜度,因此使得与之相连接的刀具也具有相同的倾斜度,保证了刀具沿预定的斜面将链轮毂加工成为具有1°47′43″锥度的锥形齿轮,现在生产齿轮毂所用的设备多为数控滚齿机,这种滚齿机可以加工出与链轮毂具有相应锥度的齿轮毂,这样就可以达到链轮毂与齿轮毂任意齿间随意配合的精度,大大加快了整机的装配,提高了工作效率并且也减少因无法配合而废弃所造成的零件损失。

1.一种推土机链轮毂全自动插齿机,其特征在于:包括床身(1)、锥形构件(2)、刀具(3)及工装(4),所述锥形构件(2)的锥度为1°47′43″,锥形构件(2)与床身(1)固定连接为具有相同锥度的一体结构,刀具(3)与机身(1)相连接,并且与工装(4)的台面构成1°47′43″的倾斜角。
