背景技术
在医疗临床中，骨科常见下肢的小腿或足部骨折的患者在治疗中，为了减轻患肢的肿胀程度及便于行骨牵引，通常采用在患肢部位下用物品将患肢抬高一定高度的方法，用以减轻患肢水肿并便于行骨牵引，但这种方法不能保证患肢处于正确的固定位置，患肢的支垫高度不稳定，不利于下肢骨折患者的手术恢复，影响治疗效果。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种医用下肢固定装置，它能够将患者的小腿或足部骨折的患肢升高到合理位置，并且固定稳定，缩短下肢骨折患者恢复时间，提高治疗效果，具有结构合理、高度可调的特点。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现：医用下肢固定装置，包括腿部支架体和脚部支架体，腿部支架体中部设有仿膝状，仿膝状下端设有小腿固定板，小腿固定板下端设有脚部支架体，在脚部支架体与小腿固定板子连接处内侧设有直角升降板，升降板上开设有螺孔与脚部支架体上的螺孔相对应，并通过螺钉使升降板与脚部支架体固定，升降板下端、小腿固定板上面设有小腿托板，升降板内侧和小腿托板上与皮肤相接触面设有远红外材料层。

本实用新型的医用下肢固定装置，包括腿部支架体1和脚部支架体5，腿部支架体1中部设有仿膝状2，仿膝状2下端设有小腿固定板3，小腿固定板3下端设有脚部支架体5，在脚部支架体5与小腿固定板子连接处内侧设有直角升降板7，升降板7上开设有螺孔8与脚部支架体5上的螺孔相对应，并通过螺钉6使升降板7与脚部支架体5固定，升降板7下端、小腿固定板3上面设有小腿托板9，升降板7内侧和小腿托板9上与皮肤相接触面设有远红外材料层4。本实用新型使用时，将患者下肢放置在腿部支架体1上，使小腿和脚部放置在脚部升降板7和小腿托板9，通过升降板7上螺孔调节小腿和脚部的抬高高度，并且固定稳定，所述的脚部支架体5能够防止衣被压迫病患肢体或牵引装置；本实用新型所采用的远红外材料层4能加速患肢血液循环，缩短下肢骨折患者恢复时间，提高治疗效果，具有结构合理、高度可调的优点。
