本实用新型涉及一种自动化电动车充电站,所述自动化电动车充电站包括:一控制盘;一无线射频辨识系统,其用以读取待充电车辆的充电条件,所述无线射频辨识系统电连接于控制盘;一自动充电机构,其设于车辆充电区,且电连接于控制盘;一电子标签,其与无线射频辨识系统配对,且配置于电动车体内。本实用新型通过无线射频辨识系统以读取待充电电动车的充电条件,该充电条件被送至一控制盘,由控制盘根据所读取的充电条件而控制一自动充电机构对车辆进行充电,自动充电机构自动检测车辆的充电端口所在位置,而以机械手臂自动接合,当充电完成后,也可通过自动付款机制进行付款,完全不需人工操作,除可节省大量人力成本外,更可避免可能的人为错误。

本实用新型涉及一种充电站,特别是指一种自动化电动车充电站。
背景技术
由于全球温室化的严重后果,以及石油资源的日渐枯竭,低耗能、低污染的电动车势必成为未来交通运输的主流。电动车能否普及的重要因素在于充电站的密度以及充电程序的便利性,目前现有的充电站,其充电程序大致类似于传统加油站的方式,需以人工确认待充电车辆的充电条件,如电压及电流等,再以人力拾取充电枪连接待充电车辆进行充电,至于付款方式则以投币式为主流,简言之,充电流程几乎全部仰赖人工操作,不仅耗费大量人力资源,增加营运成本,且以人工确认的充电条件也极易发生错误情形,轻者则充电作业无法顺利进行,重者可能导致车辆电池的损坏,确实有必要进行改进。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种自动化电动车充电站,其可自动读取待充电车辆的充电条件,并以该充电条件为基础进行充电,且由自动充电机构全自动化作业,完全不需人工操作,除可节省大量人力成本外,更可避免可能的人为错误。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型提供一种自动化电动车充电站,所述自动化电动车充电站包括:
一控制盘;
一无线射频辨识系统,其用以读取待充电车辆的充电条件,所述无线射频辨识系统电连接于控制盘;
一自动充电机构,其设于车辆充电区,且电连接于控制盘;
一电子标签,其与无线射频辨识系统配对,且配置于电动车体内;
其中,当一待充电车辆驶入车辆充电区后,即由无线射频辨识系统读取待充电车辆的电子标签的充电条件,并将其传送至控制盘,再由控制盘控制自动充电机构以所述充电条件对车辆进行充电。
作为优选方案,其中所述自动充电机构包括一机械手臂。
作为优选方案,其中所述自动充电机构设于车辆充电区的旁侧。
作为优选方案,其中所述自动充电机构设于车辆充电区的地面。
作为优选方案,其中所述自动化电动车充电站在电动车完成充电后即通过自动付款机制进行付费;所述自动付款机制通过信用卡、储值卡或提款卡的任一种进行。
本实用新型通过由无线射频辨识系统(RFID)以读取待充电电动车的充电条件,该充电条件被送至一控制盘,由该控制盘根据所读取的充电条件而控制一自动充电机构对该车辆进行充电,该自动充电机构自动侦测该车辆的充电端口的所在位置,而通过机械手臂予以自动接合,当充电完成后,也可启动自动付款机制进行付款,完全不需人工操作,除可节省大量人力成本外,更可避免可能的人为错误。

请参阅图1,其为本实用新型的系统方块图,本实用新型的充电站系统主要由一控制盘1、一无线射频识别系统(Radio-Frequency Identification,RFID)2及一自动充电机构3所组成,其中无线射频识别系统2与自动充电机构3分别与控制盘1电连接,无线射频识别系统2与装设于电动车4内的电子标签41配对,电子标签41记录有关电动车4的充电条件等信息,诸如充电电压、充电电流及电池容量等,当载有电子标签41的电动车4驶入充电站的充电区时,无线射频识别系统2即会发出电波以激发电子标签41,使其将该电动车的充电条件信息发送至无线射频识别系统2进行读取,无线射频识别系统2在收到该充电条件信息后即转传至自动充电机构3,自动充电机构3基本上为一机械手臂(robot hand),可检测电动车4的充电端口42的所在位置,并可精确移动一充电接头至充电部42处使两者完成连接,充电部42连接于电池模块43,故当自动充电机构3与充电部42完成连接后,即可对电动车4的电池模块43进行充电。由于充电条件的信息通过无线射频识别系统2进行读取,无须经由人工操作,故可避免人为错误的情形发生。
自动充电机构3可配置两种形态,其一为对应充电部42设于车体侧面的电动车4,即如图2所示;另一为对应充电部42设于车体底部的电动车4,即如图3所示。请参考图2,对于充电部42设于车体侧面的电动车4,自动充电机构3即设于充电区的旁侧,以便与其充电部42连接,至于充电部42设于车体底部的电动车4,则将自动充电机构3设于充电区的地面上,以向上升起的方式进行连接。充电站同时设有此二种形态的自动充电机构3,即可依据由无线射频识别系统2所读入的充电条件信息而自动选择一种对应的自动充电机构3进行充电作业。
在较佳实施例中,控制盘1可再电连接一自动付款机制,可在充电完成后以信用卡、储值卡或提款卡进行电子付款作业。
参阅图4,其为本实用新型的充电方法流程参考图,先电子化读取待充电车辆的充电条件S1,如以RFID系统进行读取,再依据该充电条件对该待充电车辆进行充电S2,在充电完毕之后可较佳地通过自动付款机制进行付费S3,例如以信用卡、储值卡或提款卡进行付款。

1.一种自动化电动车充电站,其特征在于,所述自动化电动车充电站包括:
一控制盘;
一无线射频辨识系统,其用以读取待充电车辆的充电条件,所述无线射频辨识系统电连接于控制盘;
一自动充电机构,其设于车辆充电区,且电连接于控制盘;
一电子标签,其与无线射频辨识系统配对,且配置于电动车体内;
其中,当一待充电车辆驶入车辆充电区后,即由无线射频辨识系统读取待充电车辆的电子标签的充电条件,并将其传送至控制盘,再由控制盘控制自动充电机构以所述充电条件对车辆进行充电。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动化电动车充电站,其特征在于,所述自动充电机构包括一机械手臂。
3.如权利要求1所述的自动化电动车充电站,其特征在于,所述自动充电机构设于车辆充电区的旁侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的自动化电动车充电站,其特征在于,所述自动充电机构设于车辆充电区的地面。
