背景技术
现有的螺母大多需要在螺母和平垫圈或零件之间安装弹性(弹簧)垫圈来防止振动而使螺母松动，这样的结构复杂，对于在振动大的机械设备上使用有时还是发生螺母松动的现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、防松效果好的防松螺母。
为了达到上述要求，所采用的技术方案是：它包括有六角形的螺母，其特征是在螺母的一个端面制有大于或等于六角形外切的圆形垫，在圆形垫的端面制有沟槽。
所述的沟槽为顺时针旋向。
根据上述方案制造的防松螺母，由于在螺母使用时的接触端面制有沟槽，增加了接触表面的摩擦力，提高了防松的效果，对于放松要求低的结构可直接使用该防松螺母，对于放松要求高的结构可再加弹簧垫圈，其防松效果会更好。
