本实用新型涉及一种隧道施工设备，具体是一种具有吊臂装置的移动栈桥，用于隧道施工作业。
背景技术
移动栈桥式隧道施工采用的设备之一，一般的简易栈桥只能起到由初期支护面到内衬仰拱过度跳板的作用，无法解决施工时的干扰，尤其是无法解决仰拱模板吊装的问题。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能有效解决仰供模板吊装的问题的移动栈桥。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种具有吊臂装置的移动栈桥，包括主桥，与主桥连接的引桥，液压系统，所述的主桥上安装有吊臂装置用于提升和降落仰拱模板，该吊臂装置包括可旋转的吊臂和吊臂安装架，所述吊臂可绕臂轴旋转，使用时经拉杆与主桥固定，使用后吊臂可并拢在主桥两旁。
本实用新型将吊臂安装在移动栈桥的主桥，栈桥移动时，吊臂可以吊起仰拱模板同时前进。这样既解决仰拱模板吊装的问题，又避免仰拱模板吊装时损坏模板，保证仰拱层的质量，同时提高了施工效率。本实用新型操作简单、安全性更高，且不使用时吊臂并拢，减少占用空间，方便施工。

具体实施方式
参照附图1-3：具有吊臂装置的移动栈桥，包括主桥1，与主桥连接的引桥，液压系统，所述的主桥1上安装有吊臂装置，该吊臂装置设置有四个可旋转的吊臂2和八个吊臂安装架3，并配备加强螺旋拉杆5，可根据需要在主桥的不同安装位置进行安装。吊臂可绕臂轴6旋转，不用时并拢桥身，使用时打开。吊臂起落重物时，打开吊臂2，通过螺栓安装拉杆5，使吊臂2与主桥1固定，通过液压升降机构实现提升仰拱模板4，栈桥移动时，吊臂2吊起仰拱模板4同时前进，栈桥行走一个工作长度后，落下仰拱模板4，缷下拉杆5，吊臂2并拢主桥。
本实用新型解决仰拱模板吊装的问题，又避免仰供模板吊装时损坏模板，保证仰拱层的质量，同时提高了施工效率。本实用新型操作简单、安全性更高，且不使用时吊臂并拢，减少占用空间，方便施工。

1.一种具有吊臂装置的移动栈桥，包括主桥，与主桥连接的引桥，液压系统，其特征在于：所述的主桥上安装有吊臂装置，该吊臂装置包括可旋转的吊臂和吊臂安装架，所述吊臂可绕臂轴旋转，经拉杆与主桥固定，使用后吊臂可并拢在主桥两旁。
