本实用新型涉及布袋除尘器，尤其是一种布袋除尘器分级入口阶梯烟道。
背景技术
在布袋除尘器的使用中，需要除尘的烟气需均匀的分配的布袋除尘器的各个除尘室，为了确保每个拆除室布袋承受的烟气负荷基本一致，在布袋除尘器进口烟道设计时，必须根据烟气量的大小、除尘室的多少，进行烟气气流的平均分配。
不同的布袋除尘器生产商采用不同的进口烟气气流分配方式。有采用等压理念设计的直连式烟道，有采用等流量理念设计的渐进式烟道，这些进口烟道通常情况下，需要进行复杂的计算机气流模拟计算，才能达到气流稳定、低运行阻力、各出口气流均等等设计要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服现有烟道设计需要进行气流模拟才能确定设计要求的缺陷，而提供一种布袋除尘器分级入口阶梯烟道。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种布袋除尘器分级入口阶梯烟道，其特征在于：烟道的底部具有呈阶梯状排列的一个以上的烟气通道，在每个烟气通道的入口端设有导流板。
在上述的主要技术方案的基础上，可以增加以下进一步完善的技术方案：
每个烟道出口与底板垂直连接。
在每个烟气通道的两出口端设有蝶阀。
本实用新型的有益效果是本阶梯式烟道具备以下特点：
一、无需进行复杂的计算机模拟计算；
二、最小化系统烟气阻力降；
三、在每个气室间平衡气流和均匀传送；
四、可最大限度降低粉尘在入口烟道的沉降；
五、无需通过改变滤袋的压力损失来平衡流量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型一种布袋除尘器分级入口阶梯烟道，烟道1是由底板、顶板、两侧板制作成的箱体，箱体一端为烟道入口，另一端封闭，烟道1的底部具有呈阶梯状排列的五个烟气通道3，每个烟气通道3与烟道1的底板垂直连接，从烟道1入口方向，五个烟气通道3依次增高，烟气通道3是由前板，后板，两侧板制作成的箱体，当烟气通道3沿烟道1的宽度制作时，烟道1的两侧板与烟气通道3的两侧板可合并成两块整体侧板，整体侧板的下部为阶梯状可与烟气通道的前板和后板形成烟气通道3，第五个烟气通道3的后板将烟道1箱体一端封闭，在每个烟气通道3的入口端设有导流板2，导流板2一般加工成圆弧形，导流板2的两端分别与入口处的侧板连接，为提高导流的效果，在每个烟气通道3的入口端可设置三块圆弧形导流板2且每块导流板2的圆弧长度为相应其整个圆周长度的四分之一，三块导流板2由烟气通道前板上端向着烟气通道后板上端均匀分布形成扇形通道，每个导流板2的圆弧向烟气通道后板上端凸起，如图2所示，在每个烟气通道3得两个侧板的下端分别设有出口通道与相应的布袋除尘器的除尘室相通，在每个出口端设有蝶阀4用于关闭烟气。
本实用新型的烟气通道3的数量可根据布袋除尘器的大小设置，或增加或减少，以满足烟气气流的平均分配。

1.一种布袋除尘器分级入口阶梯烟道，其特征在于：烟道(1)的底部具有呈阶梯状排列的一个以上的烟气通道(3)，在每个烟气通道(3)的入口端设有导流板(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种布袋除尘器分级入口阶梯烟道，其特征在于：每个烟气通道(3)与烟道(1)的底板垂直连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种布袋除尘器分级入口阶梯烟道，其特征在于：在每个烟气通道(3)的两出口端设有蝶阀(4)。
