本实用新型公开了一种能反射热量的太阳能热水器保温水箱,包括箱体,箱体上设有进水口、出水口和集热管插口,箱体的箱壁被分隔成两层,箱壁的外层填充有发泡层,箱壁的内层为真空层,真空层的外侧壁上设有一层反光层。本实用新型太阳能热水器保温水箱的保温效果好,能延长水箱里的保温时间,即使在冬季也能用到温度较高的热水。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种太阳能热水器的保温水箱,具体地说是一种能反射热量的太阳能热水器保温水箱。
背景技术
现有太阳能热水器的保温水箱都是在存水箱体的外面加上发泡层,以起到保温隔热作用。这种结构的保温水箱在冬天,尤其是北方的冬天,因天气冷、太阳光照偏射、日照时间短而很难用到热水。因此,也有的太阳能热水器采取电加热的办法弥补不足,即在保温水箱内增设电加热元件。但这种方式既费电增加成本又不安全(用水时可能会漏电),而且效率也不高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服以上不足,提出一种保温效果好,能反射热量的太阳能热水器保温水箱。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型一种能反射热量的太阳能热水器保温水箱包括箱体,所述箱体上设有进水口、出水口和集热管插口,所述箱体的箱壁被分隔成两层,所述箱壁的外层填充有发泡层,所述箱壁的内层为真空层,所述真空层的外侧壁上设有一层反光层。
上述一种能反射热量的太阳能热水器保温水箱,所述反光层是反光膜。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术结构,当集热管把热水送至保温水箱里,真空层外侧壁的反光层就开始反射热量。由于水箱的存水腔体是圆柱型的,所以它不但有反射而且还会有侧射,水箱里的水温保持的时间会长很多,在冬季就能用到热水。因而,本实用新型太阳能热水器保温水箱的保温效果好,尤其是在冬天里能延长水箱里的保温时间。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本实用新型一种能反射热量的太阳能热水器保温水箱包括箱体8,箱体8上设有进水口、出水口和集热管插口,分别连接有进水管4、出水管7和真空集热管1。箱体8的箱壁被分隔成两层,箱壁的外层填充有发泡层2,起保温隔热作用。箱壁的内层为真空层3,真空层3的外侧壁即水箱内腔6的内壁上设有一层如镜面的反光层5。水箱的内腔6用于储存水。使用过程中,当集热管1把热水送至保温水箱的内腔6里后,保温水箱里水的温度渐渐上升,内腔6内壁的反光层5把热水的热量进行反射。由于水箱的存水腔体是圆柱的,所以它不但有反射而且还会有侧射,水箱里的水温保持的时间会延长很多,在冬季就能用到热水。真空层3起隔热保温作用,真空层3与内腔6内壁的反光层5构成了类似于保温瓶的结构,隔热保温发泡层2起外界的隔热保温用的。由于本实用新型采用了反光层5-真空层3-隔热保温发泡层2的结构,水箱里水温保持的时间会延长很多,在冬季就能用到热水。

1.一种能反射热量的太阳能热水器保温水箱,包括箱体,所述箱体上设有进水口、出水口和集热管插口,其特征在于,所述箱体的箱壁被分隔成两层,所述箱壁的外层填充有发泡层,所述箱壁的内层为真空层,所述真空层的外侧壁上设有一层反光层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种能反射热量的太阳能热水器保温水箱,其特征在于,所述反光层是反光膜。
