3.根据权利要求1或2所述的光电一体化太阳能热水器,其特征是:太阳能电池板设置在水箱的靠近真空管一侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的光电一体化太阳能热水器,其特征是:太阳能电池板嵌装在水箱表面的凹槽中。
