背景技术
传统的环形编织带的编织方法通常采用双股线循环缠绕作为经线,然后再穿入纬线编织成带,但是因为环形编织带的张力很难达到均衡,导致在使用中常常因皮带跑偏而影响正常生产。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种环形编织带,其能使皮带的张力变得均匀,解决了现有环形编织带因张力不匀而在运行易产生偏斜的难题。
为解决所述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种环形编织带,其特征在于,其包括固定辊、可调节辊、第一编织线、第二编织线,固定辊和可调节辊相互平行,第一编织线沿顺时针方向缠绕在固定辊和可调节辊上,第二编织线沿逆时针方向缠绕在固定辊和可调节辊上。
优选的,所述固定辊的直径和可调节辊的直径都为25毫米。
本实用新型的积极进步效果在于:本实用新型环形编织带能使皮带的张力变得均匀,解决了现有环形编织带因张力不匀而在运行易产生偏斜的难题。

下面举个较佳实施例,并结合附图来更清楚完整地说明本实用新型。
如图1所示,本实用新型环形编织带包括固定辊1、可调节辊2、第一编织线3、第二编织线4,可根据皮带的不同周长调节可调节辊2的位置,直至达到周长尺寸后将可调节辊2固定,此时编织的准备工作全部完成。固定辊1和可调节辊2相互平行,将第一编织线3沿顺时针方向缠绕在固定辊1和可调节辊2上,而将第二编织线4沿逆时针方向缠绕在固定辊1和可调节辊2上,然后再穿入纬线编织成环形编织带,由于第一编织线3和第二编织线4为反向缠绕,因此皮带上所受的张力达到左右均衡,从而使皮带在运行中不会产生偏斜,保证了生产过程的正常和稳定,解决了现有环形编织带因张力不匀而在运行易产生偏斜的难题。固定辊1的直径和可调节辊2的直径都为25毫米。
