本实用新型涉及机械行业机加工,确切得说是铣四方、铣键槽方便快捷工装。
背景技术
目前多数情况下铣四方、键槽需将工件装夹在分度头上,通过旋转分度头调整度数来加工出工件,效率较低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的便是通过工装手柄来旋转凸轮轴来夹紧仿形主轴,因为工件与仿形主轴的同步性,可快速完成四方及键槽的加工,大大提高了加工效率。
为达到以上目的,本实用新型底板装夹在机床上,在底板上设有两轴承座,在两轴承座的中间位置设有偏心轴,偏心轴与手轮联接,仿形主轴安装在两轴承中,在底板的一端设有分度头,在分度头的另一端设有把手,工件装夹到分度头上。
通过以上设置,因为工件与仿形主轴的同步性,依次进行即可完成四方及键槽的加工。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型底板4装夹在机床上,在底板4上设有两轴承座5,在两轴承座5的中间位置设有偏心轴7,偏心轴7与手轮8联接,仿形主轴6安装在两轴承中,在底板4的一端设有分度头2,在分度头2的另一端设有把手3,工件1装夹到分度头2上。
将整个夹具体通过底板4装夹到机床上,将工件1装夹到分度头2上,通过把手3旋转分度头带动仿形主轴6旋转到某一位置,由于使用了轴承机构,旋转起来非常省力、快捷,然后摇动手轮8带动偏心轴7旋转并将仿形主轴6锁紧,现在即可进行工件的加工。等加工完成一面之后,旋转手轮8将偏心轴7松开,摇动把手带动仿形主轴6旋转到下一位置,仿形主轴为方形,仿形主轴与工件一起旋转。摇动手轮8带动偏心轴7将仿形主轴6锁紧,即可进行工件加工。依次进行即可完成四方及键槽的加工。由于应用了轴承及仿形主轴结构,这样操作比较省力而且不用摇动分度头来调整度数,生产效率大大提高。
