一种新型干法水泥回转窑燃烧器一次空气利用余热节能装置。它是在窑头收尘器(19)的出风管道(18)上所开中温空气出口(1),与一次风机(6)之间,设置汇风箱(3),互相分别用中温空气管道(2)和中温一次空气管道(5)串连,汇风箱入口处设置常温空气旁路流量调节阀(4)。收尘器排出的中温空气从中温空气出口,经中温空气管道进入汇风箱,与从调节阀进入的常温空气混合后,由一次风机经一次空气管道(7)从燃烧器(8)的尾端鼓入,以调节回转窑(9)内火焰形状和火焰长短。多余的中温空气由窑头排风机(16)经烟囱(17)排入大气。利用窑头不用的中温空气,提高一次空气的温度,达到节能降耗的效果。本实用新型结构简单,效果显著。

新型干法水泥回转窑燃烧器一次空气利用余热节能装置所属技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及新型干法水泥回转窑利用余热的节能装置,尤其是窑头燃烧器一次空气利用余热的节能装置。
背景技术
[0002] 目前,新型干法水泥回转窑燃烧器⑶喷出的煤粉在回转窑(9)内燃烧所需的氧气有三个来源:一是罗茨风机(14)输送煤粉时鼓入燃烧器内的常温空气,由于该常温空气经过罗茨风机的压缩推动,空气温度有所上升;一是从熟料冷却机(10)高温段抽入回转窑内的,冷却过高温熟料(11)的常温空气(12)变成的高温空气(简称二次空气)(13),其温度约为900°C;另一个是一次风机(6)从燃烧器尾端鼓入的,为保持煤粉燃烧时的火焰形状和调节火焰长短作用的空气(简称一次空气),其温度基本等于环境温度,一次空气占煤粉燃烧总用风量的7-15%,而煤粉在燃烧后形成约1700°C的高温空气,这样一次空气由常温升至1700°C,需要消耗大量的热能。而从熟料冷却机的中低温段冷却过成品熟料(15)后, 经过窑头收尘器(19)收尘后的温度在100°C -150°C的洁净空气(简称中温空气),由窑头排风机(16)作为废气从烟囱(17)排入大气中,浪费了大量热能。
发明内容
[0003] 为了克服常规的煤粉燃烧器所摄入的一次空气温度偏低,需要大量的煤粉燃烧提供热能,同时经过窑头收尘器收尘后的中温空气,被作为废气排入大气中,浪费了大量热能的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种新型干法水泥回转窑燃烧器一次空气利用余热节能装置,不仅能将中温空气和常温空气有效混合,从而构成温度较高的一次空气,降低煤耗,并且能有效降低废气的热量损耗。
[0004] 本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一次风机(6)与窑头燃烧器 (8)尾端由一次空气管道(7)连通,其特征是:在收尘器(19)的出风管道(18)上所开中温空气出口(1),与一次风机之间设置汇风箱(3),互相分别用中温空气管道(2)和中温一次空气管道(5)串连,汇风箱入口处,设置一个常温空气旁路流量调节阀G)。该调节阀的直径与中温一次空气管道的直径相等,中温空气管道直径是中温一次空气管道直径的1. 4 倍,中温一次空气管道直径是一次空气管道直径1. 4倍,汇风箱长3m,截面积是中温空气管道截面积的2倍。窑头收尘器排出的部分中温空气通过中温空气管道进入汇风箱,与从常温空气旁路流量调节阀进入的常温空气混合,形成温度较高、流量稳定的一次空气,由一次风机经一次空气管道从燃烧器尾端鼓入,以调节回转窑内的火焰形状和火焰长短。多余的中温空气由窑头排风机经烟囱排入大气。

1. 一种新型干法水泥回转窑燃烧器一次空气利用余热节能装置,一次风机(6)与窑头燃烧器⑶尾端由一次空气管道(7)连通,其特征是:在收尘器(19)的出风管道(18)上所开中温空气出口(1),与一次风机之间设置汇风箱(3),互相分别用中温空气管道(2)和中温一次空气管道(5)串连,汇风箱入口处设置常温空气旁路流量调节阀G)。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型干法水泥回转窑燃烧器一次空气利用余热节能装置,其特征是:汇风箱调节阀的直径与中温一次空气管道的直径相等,中温空气管道直径是中温一次空气管道直径的1. 4倍,中温一次空气管道直径是一次空气管道直径的1. 4倍,汇风箱长 3m,截面积是中温空气管道截面积的2倍。
