Abstract

一种安全静音的环形风扇,以环形叶轮构成离心空气压缩机,压缩空气从环形壳体的前方高速喷出,高速喷出的空气由于空气粘性带动环形壳体环内和前方的空气一起高速流动,由流体力学知识可知,壳体前方空气压强降低,形成环形壳体后方的压强高于环形壳体前方的压强,在压强差的作用下环形壳体后方的空气被源源不断的推入环形壳体的环内,并与高速喷出的压缩空气混合形成使用的风。

本实用新型涉及一种电动风扇,适用于家庭的送风换气。
背景技术
目前,在国内使用的都是传统扇叶风扇,常有好奇的小孩把手指伸入风扇的保护罩内,把手指弄伤,不安全。而且使用过程中噪音大。英国的戴森爵士在2009年10月13日在英国推出了戴森空气倍增器,其工作原理是基座内的空气压缩机把座底附近的空气吸入机器内,通过内部通道让空气从环形壳体内侧高速喷出,其下部壳体基座内压缩机其核心部件,上部壳体为空气扩散器,和空气导向作用。其设计上的缺点是,空气从基座的四周吸入而喷出是在环形外壳,吸入和喷出没有在一条轴线上,使吸入诱导这部分能量没有利用上,浪费掉了。其压缩机内置在很小的基座内,压缩机叶轮的直径受到限制,要达到高风速必定要叶轮要达到很高的转速,噪音不好控制。
发明内容
为了解决传统电风扇不安全,噪音大的问题。本实用新型直接在环形壳体内安装一个大直径环形叶轮。大直径环形叶轮能在更低的转速提供使用的风,运行更加的安静。由于环形外壳的进出气口十分的细密加防尘网,手指和灰尘无法进入。为了解决叶轮驱动问题自行设计了环形电机,环形电机是由圆环圆周上均匀安放磁铁构成环形电机转子、三个电磁铁间距是环形电机转子圆周上磁铁间距的1/3的整数倍构成的环形电机定子与轴承构成,为了减轻重量,设计了滚轮轴,承滚轮轴承由外圈、滚轮、支座构成。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在环形外壳内安装环形叶轮,电机驱动环形叶轮,使叶轮高速旋转,开始压缩空气,从环形壳体的后方内侧吸入空气,在环形壳体内压缩空气,最后压缩空气从环形壳体的前方内侧高速喷出,高速喷出的空气由于空气粘性带动环形壳体圆环内的空气一起高速向前流动,由流体力学知识可知,壳体前方空气压强降低,形成环形壳体后方的压强高于环形壳体前方的压强,在压强差的作用下环形壳体后方的空气被源源不断得推入环形壳体的环内与高速喷出的压缩空气混合形成使用的风。
环形壳体内安装环形叶轮,环形壳体后部内侧为进气口,环形外壳前部内侧为出气口。
环形叶轮通过滚轮轴承与壳体相连,滚轮轴承由外圈、滚轮、支座构成,滚轮轴承的外圈内侧有等腰三角形的槽,三个支座下面分别安装三片橡皮垫片,滚轮的径向截面为等腰梯形,且等腰梯形的底角与滚轮轴承外圈的内侧等腰三角形底角相等,三个滚轮安装在三个滚轮轴承支座上,并在滚轮轴承外圈内侧的槽内滚动。
环形叶轮由环形电机驱动,环形电机是由圆环圆周上均匀安放磁铁构成环形电机转子、三个电磁铁间距是环形电机转子圆周上磁铁间距的1/3的整数倍构成的环形电机定子与轴承构成。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可以提供风的同时,使风扇更加安全,安静。提高了风扇使用的舒适度,风更柔和,相比传统风扇看不见叶片外形简洁放在家里还提高生活品质。

具体实施方式
在图1中,在后壳体(1)进口安放防尘网,以后壳体(1)内圆为基座在其内圆圆周上相距120度安装三个橡皮垫(9),3个滚轮轴承支座(3)安装在三个橡皮垫片(9)上,三个滚轮(8)安装在三个滚轮轴承支座(3)上,轴承外圈(5)卡在滚轮(8)上,滚轮(8)和滚轮轴承外圈(5)剖面图 如图3所示,滚轮轴承外圈(5)内侧有等腰三角形的槽,滚轮(8)径向截面为等腰梯形,等腰梯形底角与滚轮轴承外圈(5)内侧等腰三角形底角相等,使滚轮轴承支座(3)滚轮(8)滚轮轴承外圈(5)组成一个滚动轴承,环形叶轮(2)安装在滚轮轴承外圈(5)上,环形电机定子(4)安装在后壳体(1)内环上,合上前壳体(6),使后壳体(1)与前壳体(6)密封。环形叶轮(2)由环形电机驱动,环形电机是由环形叶轮(2)后部圆环圆周上均匀安放磁铁构成环形电机转子;三组电磁铁间距是环形电机转子圆周上磁铁间距的1/3的整数倍构成的环形电机定子(4),驱动电路与环形电机定子(4)连接,控制环形电机定子(4)内的三组电磁铁通断,最终驱动叶轮(2)旋转压缩空气产生风。

1.一种安全静音环形风扇,其外形为环形,没有传统风扇叶片,其特征是:环形壳体内安装环形叶轮,环形壳体后部内侧为进气口,环形外壳前部内侧为出气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全静音环形风扇,其特征是:环形叶轮通过滚轮轴承与壳体相连,滚轮轴承由外圈、滚轮、支座构成,滚轮轴承的外圈内侧有等腰三角形的槽,三个支座下面分别安装三片橡皮垫片,滚轮的径向截面为等腰梯形,且等腰梯形的底角与滚轮轴承外圈的内侧等腰三角形底角相等,三个滚轮安装在三个滚轮轴承支座上,并在滚轮轴承外圈内侧的槽内滚动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全静音环形风扇,其特征是:环形叶轮由环形电机驱动,环形电机是由圆环圆周上均匀安放磁铁构成环形电机转子、三个电磁铁间距是环形电机转子圆周上磁铁间距的1/3的整数倍构成的环形电机定子与轴承构成。
