背景技术
目前，公知技术的蜡笔，都是笔体外包有纸质外套的，在作画时会由于过于用力而使纸质外套破损而污染作画者的手，当露出部分的笔体画完后还需用手将纸质外套撕去，既不干净又不方便，在本实用新型未作出之前，无带塑料套的蜡笔使用，检索专利文献，无技术方案公开。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中无带塑料套的蜡笔的不足，本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种带塑料套的蜡笔，使用者可以握住蜡笔外包有的塑料套作画，并且可以根据需要调整露出部分的笔体的长短，达到既干净又方便的目的。
为了达到本实用新型的目的，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由推拉片、挡板、蜡笔体、塑料外套体、推拉杆组成，其特征在于塑料外套体内设有挡板，挡板下部连接有推拉杆，推拉杆下部连接有推拉片，挡板上部设有蜡笔体，使用时使用者用手指按住推拉片，用力将挡板上部的蜡笔体推出塑料外套体，然后用手握着塑料外套体作画，不使用时用手拉住推拉片，用力将挡板上部的蜡笔体拉回塑料外套体内后放好即可。
本实用新型的有益效果是设计简单，方便卫生，实用性较大。
