本实用新型涉及一种电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗延伸聚太阳能型铝芯交联电力电缆。
背景技术
交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘电缆是近几年发展起来的极有前途的塑料电缆。这种电缆具有电场分布均匀、重量轻、载流量大的特点。传统的铝芯交联电缆,在抗拉强度上面受到很大的限制,并且电缆要是在夜间发生故障,维修有相当大的难度。专利号为200820003774.X的专利公开了一种发光矿用电缆,对原矿用井下电缆的外护套进行改进,使其具有发光功能,便于在黑暗的环境下进行维修,但是此类电缆应用范围窄,抗拉抗压强度较弱,载流量小。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决以上问题提供了一种机械性能好、可发光的抗延伸聚太阳能型铝芯交联电力电缆。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括成缆线芯和发光护套层,所述的成缆线芯由铝导体、交联聚乙烯绝缘层、聚丙烯填充料和绕包带绞合而成,所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘层内挤包掺有发光层,所述的护套层内在线芯周围均匀放置若干根芳纶纤维。
所述的发光层为稀土硼酸盐蓄光性发光粉层。
本实用新型在可见光、紫外线等光源存在时,能将光能储蓄起来,在黑暗状态下,再将所储蓄的光能缓慢释放出来产生荧光,达到漆黑的环境条件下发光的目的,便于电缆的检修和维护,线芯周围均匀放置若干根芳纶纤维大大增强了电缆的抗拉伸性能。
本实用新型结构合理筒单,生产制造容易。重量轻、介质损耗小、传输能力强、耐拉、操作和维护方面等优点,可广泛用于城市地下电网、发电站的引出线路、工矿企业的内部供电及过江、过海的水下输电线。随着工农业生产中自动化程度的日益提高,这类产品的用量将愈来愈多。

1.抗延伸聚太阳能型铝芯交联电力电缆,包括成缆线芯和发光护套层,所述的成缆线芯由铝导体、交联聚乙烯绝缘层、聚丙烯填充料和绕包带绞合而成,其特征在于:所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘层内挤包掺有发光层,所述的护套层内在线芯周围均匀放置若干根芳纶纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗延伸聚太阳能型铝芯交联电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的发光层为稀土硼酸盐蓄光性发光粉层。
