[技术领域]
本实用新型涉及LED照明领域,具体指一种节能环保的LED球泡灯。
[背景技术]
LED(Lighting Emitting Diode)即发光二极管,是一种半导体固定发光器件,它是利用固体半导体芯片作为发光材料,在半导体中通过载流子发生复合释放出能量,能量以光子形式发射,从而发出光,LED照明灯具就是利用LED作为发光源。在当前全球能量短缺的背景下,节能的LED引起人们关注的目光。
随着人们对绿色环保照明的要求越来越高,具有低能耗、高光效、使用寿命长等诸多优点的LED照明灯逐渐取代传统的荧光灯管,现有的LED球泡灯其结构包括相互配合的灯头、灯座、灯体、灯罩以及变压开关电源体及PCB板,灯体为一空腔体,底端封闭形成沉台,空腔顶端形成一沿台,所述的变压开关电源体水平设置在铝合金灯体沉台上,靠绝缘胶与金属绝缘,所述的PCB板f贴合固定在灯体的沿台上其与灯体环状接触,所述的灯罩扣合在灯体上,为防眩磨砂玻璃罩,上述结构的球泡灯其存在着较大的缺点:1、其变压开关电源体是平放在铝合金灯体的沉台上的,靠绝缘胶与金属绝缘,其耐压性差,安全系数低垂直,且由于电源开关平放,灯体的散热面积小;2、PCB板与灯体环状接触,靠接触面传导热量,其接触面积小,导热性差;3、灯罩采用防眩磨砂玻璃罩,光衰及光损耗大,照明面积小。

本实用新型目的在于解决上述的问题,而提供一种设计合理、性能可靠的节能环保的LED球泡灯。
本实用新型节能环保的LED球泡灯,包括灯头、阻燃绝缘灯座、灯体、 灯罩,以及变压开关电源体、PCB板,所述的阻燃绝缘灯座设有其内向上凸起形成一保护腔,变压开关电源体垂直放入保护腔内与金属灯体完全隔离,保护腔顶端设有盖体;所述灯体为一个一端封闭的空腔体,其底端空腔罩设在阻燃绝缘灯座的保护腔外,顶端封闭形成一沉台,所述的PCB板贴合设置在沉台上与沉台面接触,且在灯体与灯罩配合处设有密封圈,所述的保护腔与阻燃绝缘灯座一体成型设置。
进一步的,所述的灯罩为透明体,其内表面均匀布设一组球面小颗粒。
所述的灯罩的内表面设有磨砂面。
本实用新型节能环保的LED球泡灯,由于阻燃绝缘灯座及盖体的设置,其内形成保护隔离腔,变压开关电源体放置在腔体内,与金属灯体完全隔离开,其耐压性好,安全系数更高。由于变压开关电源体垂直放置,安全增大灯体的散热面积,导热性更好;其灯罩采用透明体,且其内表面均布的球面颗粒,其不但具有防眩效果,且其形成慢射,加大照明面积,具有节能的效果。

如图1-4所示,本实用新型节能环保的LED球泡灯,包括相互配合的灯头1、阻燃绝缘灯座2、灯体3、灯罩4,以及变压开关电源体5、PCB板6,所述的阻燃绝缘灯座2内形成一保护腔21,变压开关电源体5垂直放入保护腔21内与金属灯体3完全隔离,保护腔顶端设有盖体22,所述的灯体3为一空腔体,底端空腔套设在灯头的保护腔21外,顶端封闭形成 一沉台31,所述的PCB板6贴合设置在沉台31上与沉台面接触,且在灯体3与灯罩4配合处设有密封圈7。所述的灯罩4为透明体,其内表面均匀布设一组球面小颗粒41或灯罩内表面形成磨砂面。所述的保护腔21与灯座2一体成型设置。
采用上述技术方案,由于阻燃绝缘灯座内形成保护腔及盖体,变压开关电源体放置在腔体内,与金属灯体完全隔离开,其耐压性好,安全系数更高。变压开关电源体开关垂直放置,增大灯体的散热面积,导热性更好。其灯罩采用透明体,且其内表面均布的球面颗粒,其不但具有防眩效果,且其形成慢射,加大照明面积,具有节能的效果。灯体与灯罩配合处设有密封圈,防潮防水防尘,增加产品使用寿命。所述的两种实施方式可配合不同功率的需要而设置。

1.一种节能环保的LED球泡灯,包括灯头、阻燃绝缘灯座、灯体、灯罩,以及电源体、PCB板,其特征在于:所述的阻燃绝缘灯座设有其内向上凸起形成一保护腔,变压开关电源体垂直放入保护腔内与金属灯体完全隔离,保护腔顶端设有盖体;所述灯体为一个一端封闭的空腔体,其底端空腔罩设在阻燃绝缘灯座的保护腔外,顶端封闭形成一沉台,所述的PCB板贴合设置在沉台上与沉台面接触,且在灯体与灯罩配合处设有密封圈,所述的保护腔与阻燃绝缘灯座一体成型设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述的灯罩为透明体,其内表面均匀布设一组球面小颗粒。
